Outstanding CB If You Have The Coins

SIF Mustafi is one of the best PL CBs in the game. He's fairly cheap for an 87 rated PL IF, but still rather expensive for a CB. He is short, so I would recommend pairing him with someone taller, I pair him with Bailly and that partnership is outstanding. Of the shorter PL CBs he's second-best, ahead of IF Ake but behind IF Azpi, which makes since considering his price. If you have unlimited budget Azpi is better, but Mustafi does the job well.

Defending, wins the ball consistently and performs very well in crucial moments
Physical, really good strength, decent enough stamina for a CB
Passing, 85 short passing is exceptional for a CB and he can play out of the back well
Pace, actually feels faster than 71, more like 76-77
Work rates, perfect for a CB

Height, relatively obvious, can be helped if paired with a tall CB

Beast defender

He is very good at defending and intercepting, I switch him with Bailly but Mustafi does not feel slower and seems much more focused on positioning than Bailly, who I see is sometimes vulnerable with though balls. Also a good header, gets barely beaten in the air by strikers. Will be my starter from now on.

Overall solid central defender, pair him with the likes of Jerome boateng or even someone like chris smalling and you will have yourself a solid back line. Would recommend for sweaty fut champs teams or hybrids with the Bundesliga. Wins most headers. That 80 short passing comes in really handy too.
