I started by using Bonucci in a classic sweaty Serie A alongside Manolas as a LCB. He definitely was the stand out player in defence. Even though Manolas has an extra 12 pace, Bonucci still seemed to be able to handle the insanely pacy attackers one tend to come up against all the time. Late I used him in another squad, where he played RCB - this perhaps suited him the best. However, he definitely can play both sides.

Now, I tried about 10 of the OP CBs this year (the pacy ones who goes for 1-10k), but IMO Bonucci outshines all of them.

This being said, I haven't tried Ramos, Chiellini or Boateng, who are all more expensive, but on paper have better stats.

Top notch defending, especially remarkable standing tackle, sliding tackle as well as interceptions

Compose on the ball for a centre back, which is really good when positioning him for passes

Great passing, both short and long

190 cm, 88 heading, 85 jumping and 85 strength makes for a great player in the air, both when defending as well as at corners

For a centre back, he actually has ok stats for long shots - this is not a thing I ever tried with him though

Low/High work rates

Relatively slow compared to the sweatiest defenders

Best CB in the game?!?

So, i dont know where to begin. I have always had shit pack luck, but i opened some 100k on lightning rounds and this beauty came out. I looked up his price and was suprised by how cheap he was for his stats. So i decided that i would give him a few matches. And WOW, what a fucking animal this card is. He is so fast, and strong and can pass the ball like a elite midfielder.

The BEST player EVER

I use him at Cb in 4-1-2-1-2 (2) and ShadowHe is brilliant, he stops Ronaldo, Messi, you name it.You will not be able to defend with anyone else. Can he be used as Cdm?

I started using him at Cb and he was making passes like Pirlo. Then it hit me why not use this guy at Cdm, he got the stats for it and man what a player. Because of his workrates he really stays in the Cdm spot but you need him to give stay back while attacking or else he will switch in game sometimes with your left cm if you're using 4-1-2-1-2 (2).
