Pirlo is a curious case of a player that needs time to be understood, like in real life he needs to be putted in the right place with the right teamates. I played him around 150 times and I suggest to place him as CDM in a narrow 4-1-2-1-2 formation or similar. I explain you why: in the real career Pirlo started as CAM, but in AC Milan he played in front of the defence as a playmaker; Pirlo WAS BORN to do that. He got an insane interception and positioning stats (with anchor), he can win the ball cut the passing line of the rival CAM and start a counter with a long pass, or even re-organize the defence holding the ball or passing it behind. So, if you want to see a real maestro forget about use him as CRM or CLM him in a 4-3-3 formation or similar, he will decide to play as winger despite his WR and positioning stats. And most important, put him on LOW aggressive interceptions, he will not run as a rabbit but only if necessary, so he will not waste his low low stamina.

Passing: crosses and corners are pure venom... and free-kicks of course!

if you put hte wrong instructions stamina: STAY BACK and LOW AGGRESSION as a lone central CDM position is the way

for some reason shooting: he does not scores real bangers despite stats, take finesse shots instead

chemestry: he needs Italian mates or (ugh) MLS... BUT BUT BUT the championship is started so wait for IF David Villa to boost Chem!

So Cheap

This is one of the most consistent cards I have used to date.He never misplaces a pass and all of his shots seem to be on target.He is has the best value for money yet as it feels as though I have done a prime icon sbc for 40k.The only downside to this guy is his stamina, which is cancelled out by his low/low work rates. What a man

Granted i'm not used to 90+ rated players, i usually stick to united players and float around div 2, but this card is by far the best card i have ever used in any fut ever. Very consistent passing, including those little dink passes when theres a defender in the way. Much better shooting than the stats would suggest. Intercepts more than i even need him to. When I saw this card I thougt I weren't be able to afford it, but it just costs me 15 minutes and 30k.30k for an 91 rated card is really cheap!Also you can use him to play and to have fun!I dont know if you could use him in FUT Champions (maybe as super sub in the 70. minute).Its a little bit hard to fit him in a team if you don't have an Serie A squad.I put him in at the start, played him...
