Strong Card!

Short story first, i was looking for a CB to complete my PL squad. With Bailly being set (everyone knows why) I was looking for a decent partner.

After trying SIF Aké I decided to try out Kouyate, simply because of his stats. And let me tell you, THIS GUY IS A BEAST.

I play him with Shadow Chem, because he has 90 Phys anyways. His Pace is out of this world for a CB it feels like you are controlling a fu***ng elefant on crack.

With Bailly having High/Med Workrates and being a rather passive defender, Kouyate is the perfect fit in this duo. He just charges on attackers as if they were good looking blondes in a club.

He just plows them away without hesitation.

And if he misses them, Bailly is there to get them anyway.

You could compare him to TOTY Sergio Ramos which i had to honor to play in a Fut Draft.

So if you are playing Kouyate, make sure your other CB is rather passive, because even with Stay Behind he just does not stay behind. Sometimes that´s good, sometimes your just very open and could be catched offguard in a counter attack because this dude missed his target. AND DO NOT SLIDE WITH HIM. He is just so slow at getting up again.

This is the second downside, sometimes he just misses normal tackles. Not very often, but conceded a goal or two because of that.

Also despite his height he sometimes misses headers because of his lack of jumping.

But overall I would HIGHLY recommend buying this card. He just fits my rather aggressive playstyle perfectly.

And his price is just simply great compared to other OP CB´s in the game.

Never had a better defense than him Bailly, IF Aurier on the right and IF Zeegelar on the left.

I often find myself wondering how the f**k EA could create such players like Kouyate or Alessandrini IF, but i´m glad they did, because he´s just so fun to play.

PACE (can´t stress this enough, it´s just outstanding for a CB)

Jumping (with 1,89m he still wins most of his headers)

Best CB in PL (with some cons)

I have a PL team and a hybrid team. In Hybrid team I have to problems with the CBs but with my PL team, nothing was working great except Bailly. And then finally I packed this beast CB. He is a workhorse, and if you think Bailly is strong and has good stamina then play them alongside and see for yourself. Even around 90 minutes mark, dude has his stamina in green, always my only player with green stamina at around that time...

OMG

OMG! When I saw him i had to buy him. He is the best defender i have ever seen for this money. His pace together with his strange make him unbelieveable. You dont realized his high/medium workrates. I think he is one of the best Bpl-Defenders!

Best PL CB in the Game

Easily the best Prem League CB in the game and he's incredibly cheap. You probably won't find a better PL CB until ToTS cards are released. He can keep up with any pace abuser, plays brilliant defense, and displays great physicality.
