The Brick

Back in the days when I eagerly watched ManUtd matches me and my friends quite frequently called Fabien Barthez "The Brick".

Don't really need to explain - his goalkeeping abilities during his time in England were nearly equal to a piece of brick left on the goal-line. Sometimes even worse.

You know, after Schmeichel left ManUtd the expectations were high, and they couldn't sign a proper goalkeeper for years.

Here in FIFA 18, seeing Prime Icon Peter Schmeichel's performance in my team brings me back those days - if I put a piece of brick in my box, i guess it would stop more shots than this guy.

Absolutely rubbish goalkeeper, his reflexes and motions are in 3 seconds delay, both sometimes when he sees someone shooting from 45 yards, he simply decides to collapse without moving any limb.

I wish I had the coins back.

Occasionally some shots hit him right in his chest preventing a clear goal.

Honestly, I have never seen a goalkeeper that is so bad. I feel scammed by EA. I was so happy as I saw that Prime Schmeichel and Prime Luis Hernandez were released. I sold everything and got them both. Luis Hernandez is great, but the player i have to review now is probably the worst 70+ player in the game. He is making a lot, and i mean a lot of mistakes. I Wish I Could Say These Other Reviewers are Wrong

Wow, what else can I add? He's terrible. Awful. Horrible.I had been using Peter Cech and had no problems. When I saw that I'd be able to use my two untradeable Scream cards along with a couple other untradeable cards (Cech included) to get 92 Schmeichel for ~350k coins I thought it was a great deal. Unfortunately it turned out to be the worst "deal" I've ever made in FUT. This guy lets in EVERYTHING....
