Over...Over...not powered, but priced

Bought him for 130k hoping that he's the decent LB in the BPL, as needed him for chemistry. I have general belief in that the TOTS cards are overrated, and in-game, they lack something which can be critical and negatively affect the game. This was proved once again by Robertson, when you see his card you see all those stats which are over 90 for defending and physicality using the anchor. However if you take a closer look he is missing Critical stats - Jumping and aggression is really low together with heading, and long passing is no good. Also as a defender you expect him to tackle and rip off the opponents forwards - here is the main issue, SORRY his traits and specialties are only attacking - no defensive at all!

So I just made a comparison with other 2 decent LB's (not taking young - too expensive)

Kolasinac 85 rated inform - stats are tanky, but is useless in attacking plays, and lacks agility. So I consider him incomparable to Robertson(IGS 2203 - too low) and his Agility just kills the card.

Van Aanholt 81 rated inform - here is the best value for money. Just compare his stats to Robertson - use sentinel on Van Aanholt (IGS 2312) and compare to Robertson - anchor(IGS 2361). Total in-game stats are on the same level. But if you look closer Van Aanholt is not loosing all those critical components such jumping, he's standing and sliding tackles are 99 on sentinel. I feel confident playing him against prime Henry, R9 and other icons. Other comparative advantages of Van Aanholt is that he has 3 star skills, so even Robertson has good attacking stats, you can not use them as he has no skills. Weight and Height are the same.

Prices:

Robertson - 130K - too expensive and lacks critical stats - would not recommend to buy, in my opinion 80K is max price for him.

Van Aanholt -24K - Great value for low price

Kolasinac - 61K - not even close to his real value - he should be around 30K max

Stamina is good - but stamina is good on all TOTS players - its just made to increase overall rate of the card.

Too overpriced, not worth and I consider waste of money. I sold de gea to buy him, and was really disappointed.
Has no Defensive traits - this makes his defensive stats heavily downgraded
Even his attacking skills are good, has 2 star skills and week foot
Jumping , heading is really so he cannot help CB during crosses.

Sold him, and happy to get back De gea as a GK and put Van Aanholt as a LB. Result is unbelievable, won the daily league from the first try, even playing against prime icons +TOTY team in the final (R9, R7- 99 rated, Henry, etc.)

So if you have extra million on your wallet, then buy this card of Robertson, so that your team could look nice on the picture (with all blue and dark player cards) - Or play with decent players(van aanholt) and save your money for a better players (LB icons - Maldini 88, Prime roberto carlos) .

Massively overpriced LB

I gave him a shot because I have an EPL defense and keeper, and although I have an untradable LB Zanetti (who also happens to be 87 rated) I decided to try him out. I played over 15 games with him in both SB and WL, and he hardly felt like a TOTS player. He was solid and didn't feel particularly bad, but for the price you're paying he was a major let down.

LB for BPL ? Finally !

From Scottish League 3 to Champions Leagues final... This guy definetely deserves compliments. Anyways, Robertson is the best LB who wished for Alaba and Sandro was in BPL.I was lucky I packed him from TOTS Community SBC. But i would deff buy him if could not pack any. Amazing! Best BPL Left back

Robertson wow! I packed him from an untradeable SBC and wow I amso pleased. I was going to pick him up anyways but it saved me a bit of coins. He is the best left back i have used in the game. His pace is good nothing spectacular but he has enough to get back and enough to burst forward.His defending is rather solid, standing tacked are good and strong. Slide tackles are decent too.
