Complete player. Amazing value.

This final squad has really kept FUT fun for me in the last months.

I used an anchor style on Rakitic to improve his defending and pace. As I have Pirlo playing as the CDM, who is much more of a regista than a holding midfielder, so I use either Rakitic or Modric to sprint back and add some support. You need to manually push Rakitic back though... he won't charge back on his own like Modric in this squad despite the work-rates suggesting otherwise.

Now let's compare him to Modric who has the same rating, position, and costs ~100k more. There is no comparison. Whole Modric might be naturally a better defender IG and tends to be a better creator in tight spaces, Rakitic is so amazing at everything else.

Positioning - with added aggression from chem style, he darts into the box and gets some great goals.

Dribbling in tight spaces. Despite 96 in that stat, balance and agility are low for this level.

Brilliant passingand shooting

Rakitic has impressive shooting and passing stats. In game he`s able to give assists and organize the build-up. It`s also worth it, to shoot with him out of the box.
