86 - SBC
I looked around Futbin to see what SBC:s there were. I looked at leagues and I began to be interested in doing the Promes SBC. But when I saw his price at 300k, I thought Quaresmas price at 200k looked far more valuable. I had already done two of the 19 clubs in the SBC so it cost me around 180-200k to do the rest of the squads. You get 15 packs from doing the SBC and some fitness cards and a hunter chem style. I didn't get any amazing players but I got 70k from the packs and 22,500 coins from doing the whole SBC. So around 100k back from the rewards and 80-100k for the Quaresma card. That is worth it if you ask me.
His in-game stats is incredible for a RM-RF. His strength is not very good at 59, not even decent but his balance and ball control really helps him to keep the ball even when he is upp against some of the most powerful center backs and wing backs. 86 pace isn't frightening fast but in Quaresmas case, it is very good. Exactly as with the strength, the balance and ball control makes him faster than his opponents. His dribbling is obviously very good with 92 and it really is his speciality, also with his 5 star skills. I don't use so many skill moves but for other players and maybe for you, the 5 star skills is important.
The shooting, at 82 is decent. All though, with 75 finishing it is actually pretty disappointing. But with 89 long shots and 89 shot power, his shot is still a big threat against the opponent. Also with 96 curve it makes his finesse shots incredible. He can shoot with both feet with a 4 star week foot.
Then I built a team for him. I watched around on Youtube and found a video from a Youtuber called Fuji. The team had a solid defence with Bailly, Tah, Wendell and Aurier. But the goalkeeper was Romero, so I changed the right center back and the right back to Smalling and Clyne and they really do a great job. The midfield and the attack is incredible. With Medel as the more defensive player and Aranguiz IF and Goretzka as the more balanced midfielders I can't really think of a greater combo. And the attack, with Werner at striker and Bruma as the LW it is frightening for every opponent.
As said in the title, Quaresma is the most fun player I have used in FIFA 18 so far. He just can't lose the ball it seems. Incredible balance and dribbling.
I really recommend to do him if you have 300-400k coins in your club. If you have just enough to do the SBC, don't do it, you will regret it but if you have some money to spare, it is worth it.

Easily the best winger i've played with, fits in almost all teams. i had to keep "oguzhan ozyakup and gokhan gonul around just to keep his chem up. until recently, i've gone full portugal players.
Ive played with almost any mention worthy LW, but to no avail, none of them came close to this guy, In fifa 17, this guy's inform card, actually helped me learn how to use skills. if you use alot of skillmoves, this guy is a must have, if not perhaps you should look for another player.
alot of guys are giving him shit for his shots, but i dont see anything wrong with his shots, the guy can fire rockets from any angle/position, sure not all of them goes in, but to have a player that has the ability to score anywhere from the last 3rd of the pitch is always good to unnerve even the calmest of opponents
the guy is a constant threat to my opponents.
as amazing as he is he ofcourse has a some flaws, which would be stamina and physical attributes in general. and his short passes are a bit too dull, but other than that he is amazing,
the ball is almost glued to his feet, his agility, balance and ball controle makes him slippery as F*ck, its easy to avoid any opponent player with this guy so he is almost unstopable!
Truely the definition of a " one man Army"
* Dribling
* Ball controle
* Distance shooting
* Pace
* Positioning
* Crossing
* Stamina
* Strength
* Ground/short Pass
Playing him with hunter chem. style during wl and squad battles (legendary), he as a incredible game per score ratio for his position. His driven shots a perfect, he is fast, he has five skills. Until now, there is no right midfielder out there with a similar package.
fast
driven shots
five star skills
I was hyped to see his card, he looked so beautiful (both card design and stats) and i was eager to get him so i completed the SBC on the first 2 weeks of FIFA (including early access) and started using him.
God i was sad, frustrated and disappointed at the same time! If i could turn back the wheel of time i would, and go, slap myself in the face for doing this SBC!
Guys... don't waste your coins if you need to buy players for him. Just don't! NOT. WORTH. IT.
Let's get into the positives first before we get to why i was disappointed in him.
His pace(86) is rapid. If you boost him with a chem style he will be one of the fastest player on the game.
Second, his passing, more precisely his crossing(92) is great, short passing(82) is OK long passing(78) is... ok. Nothing major.
Third is his shooting, more accurately his long shots(89) with good shot power(89) which are good but it was rare that i got the option to utilize it.
Fourth and last his dribbling. 5 star skill moves, 92 ball control, 94 dribbling, 96 agility. He turns, he spins, he dances around everybody and he feels faster because of these stats. There is nothing i can nitpick in his dribbling, if you are a skiller or good at dribbling he is one of the best dribblers in the game and you will love it.
Now the bad side of things...
INJURY PRONE. Like he is made of glass. Paper-thin glass. He is like a raft, you built from rotten wood in a freakin' hurricane in the middle of the ocean! If a defender just looks at him, he will break one of his bones. Why?
First match: 8. min, he gots tackled -not even a hard one- and he stays down, i need to sub him off, as the game pauses. Oookay... 4 match injury.
Second match after recovery: 54. min, he gots tackled. NEED TO SUB HIM OFF AGAIN... oh god, please.... 4 MATCH INJURY. AGAIN. F*ck.
After recovering i tried to gave him chances, matches but it was to no avail. He got bullied, eaten up alive and crushed to death, injuring almost every game... i got fed up. Decided to use him as a super sub. Bah. If you sub him in after the 60th-70th minutes he can sprint past anyone thats for sure but even then if someone breaths on him he collapses immediately.
He has 83 composure, i thought he will be good but nah. Could not finish, could not pass if there was someone around him and he was only good for running up and down until someone kicked him in the knees and sent him off for 4 matches.
His strength(59) is abysmal, his aggression(68) doesn't help a tiny bit, even a silver left/right-back can push him off. Haaahhh... i am so disappointed.... so-so disappointed.
Final words
Not worth a penny. If you open a lot of packs (silvers too) and keep all the süper lig players, then maybe worth it. As it was almost free. I say don't do it if it's exceeds 100k as you won't get back that money even with the packs you get. At least i did not get back more then 50k. Now he just sits in my club, sometimes i sub him on some matches... but regrettably i'm still only see him as a waste of coins.
Guys. Don't do it. Just... don't.

Dribbling,skills and pinpoint accuracy crosses, all you need from a top class winger!! Ricardo Quaresma is a skiller's delight, his incredible dribbling paired with his silky skills mean you can have a lot of fun once a game is killed off already. His finishing stats are a lie, he honestly feels SO clinical, and the only real weakness is his strength.
I played him around TOTT Tosun, IF Babel, and MOTM Talisca in a 4321.
