Surprisingly Great

I used him as a LCV in a 5212 formation, linked with IF Zeegelaar, Futmas SBC van Dijk and Cillessen. Actually bought him because I couldn't afford IF de Vrij yet, but I never thought about buying de Vrij after I used de Ligt a couple of games. He is such a well rounded defender and works perfectly together with van Dijk. Also he has 4* WF. I dare to say he is the second best defender I used so far this game, after SBC van Dijk. I finished Gold 1 in the weekend league (my highest ever), partly because I just did not concede as much goals as I used to. Also scored quite a few headers from corners with this guy. Apart from chemistry links, de Ligt does not have any great weaknesses in my opinion, which is exactly what you want from a defender.
