From the time that Kimmich got his first inform, he has been a staple in my squad, usually featuring in the Bayern triangle. In a 4-3-2-1 I play an attacking style with RB/LB always on overlap. He is perfect for attacking. I upgraded from the 84 to the 86, and now that his TOTGS has come out he slots right in. I am usually smart about waiting until a player gets cheap after being in packs all week, but had to throw him into the squad for this weekend league! He did not disappoint and I would vouch that he is a top 3 RB in the game, and the only other player to rival him in attack being Florenzi. Such a beast, and well worth his price tag even now!

There are only 2 things I would mention as his weaknesses:
First, the most glaring stat on this card, and one that might turn you off would be his Pace, in particular Sprint Speed that is a 71. Don't let this turn you off! His positioning (87), high agility (92), and defending stats (98 w/ shadow) make up for this area and still will shut down the likes of Martial, Sane, and Son. It is vital that you use the Shadow chem style so you can get the most pace out of him that you can, as it will boost his pace to 89 overall.
Second would be his height. He feels very small in game, but just like with his pace, he makes up for it with tremendous stats in other spots. His jumping (91) and aggression (85) both help him to win headers over any winger, even out jumping Ronaldo for headers at times.
He's insane. One of the best all rounded cards I've used so far this season. His defending is second to none, he's quick, he can pass the ball short or long, the only down side to him I would say is his height, but his jumping makes him pretty hard to beat in the air. I use Anchor on him, since that sprint speed isn't quite fast enough, he's not the strongest so you would want to get his strength up.

I don't know why this guy is only going for 100K on Origin. Even at 200K on PS he is a steal. He's got better IGS than most of the Icons. With Hunter chemistry style he's a legitimate 90+ rating at almost every position on the pitch. He's the ultimate super-sub, and you can also start him at RB and switch him in-game for a better chemistry boost (although he doesn't really need it unless you're going to run him as a winger or a striker). Any sweaty team needs this guy on the bench. I expect his price to continue to climb.
- Everything. He's got better in-game stats than IF Arturo Vidal ffs.
- RB position, although that's not even a huge con if you plan to switch him in-game.
This guy has IGS that are icon level, but he's a bit to slow for a RB position. That's why I decided to put a hunter card on him and play with him as a RCM in a 41212(2) formation.
After 15 games I knew this was the RCM I was looking for! Insane dribbling, passing and defending. He's perfectly capable to score as well!
He does way more for you then a Pogba or a Savic for example, just try him!
Just buy Goretzka and swap him with Kimmich ingame. Goretzka has basicly the same stats as Alex Sandro, so he's perfect for the fullback position.
