Marcos Alonso is with no doubt one of the best left-wing backs in the world. He has all! The weight, the strength, the pace, the stamina, the free-kicks, the long shots, the short pass... All. He has all that in real life and with is inform card, in game too!

I'm that guy just like AA9Skillz. The dude that is indecisive to stick with one team and I love to try new players! I tried IF Sead Kolasinac, SIF Ashley Young, Alex Sandro, FUTMAS Jordi Alba, regular Jordi Alba, David Alaba and Emanuel Petit and none of those guys compare to this beast! If you have a Premier League team (if it's a 50k team or a 5kk team) it's obvious you noticied that the LB options are not the best and the choice is very very very the same as other PL teams in FUT, but trust me and give this guy a try and I will promise that the only away he leaves your club, it's to upgrade to Roberto Carlos or to Marcos Alonso future SIF, TIF or even TOTS.

P.S: If you gonna to buy I'm, don't forget to put a Shadow card on him.

Last year's Marcos Alonso has already been awesome for me and so I was pretty excited about his first In-Form in FIFA 18. He still is pretty well rounded and that's what I like most about him and similar players. I use him with Shadow chemistry style for the extra speed. He can keep up with almost every common used winger in the game and due to his strength is easily able to push them off the ball. He is also tall enough to win every header against even comparable strong wingers like Bale.

His longshots are furious and his finishing is acceptable as well. I can't really rate his crossing because I don't use any tall and strong Strikers, but his long passing is very good and accurate.

Only his balance and agility are not really satifying, as you can already guess from his stats.

Well its late in fifa. meaning most people should have an op squad by now and if i play with the likes of tots son and firminio having a man of alonsos rating is a bit unfamiliar. i have always been picky with my bpl LB and when i decided to try alonso boy i never regretted it. alonso sit and defends his positioning is superb and he rarely get forward which is not a problem but when he does if infront of goal the man finishes. he is a silent hero.

okay so I have used sandro and alaba, two of the best LB in the game and no I tried out this guy. He is equally as good as those two with the anchor chem style. The ONLY problem is that his dumbass always plays so high up even tho I have him on stay back while attacking. i know he has H/H workmate but still his dumbass thinks he's a LM or something.

I actually played with Alaba and Boateng at the left back and was comfortable with it. To give my midfielders some more chemistry a tried Alonso IF to replace Alaba.

I was a bit disappointed. I used him with Shadow to give him a speed boost but he still felt a bit slow. Tacklings were ok, not more, Alaba was slightly more aggressive. My hope was, that he would be powerful at the wing but somehow he was not that agile und lost the ball often, when i tried to change direction. I then got Young SIF and he has all the quality i wanted. Strength is not that important for a LB/RB i think.

So my advice: get Ashley Young 84 instead, hes cheaper and has a lot of more impact to your game.
