Perfect CAM

I packed David Silva in a guaranteed TOTW 14 IF pack. He is untradable, but even if he was tradable, I wouldn't list him in the Transfer Market. He is a true beast at passing, his passes reach the targeted player 95% of the time. His shooting might seem a little low but as I use him with a Hawk chem style, his long shots turn out amazing. He has amazing positioning and what I really like is that he makes amazing runs. He pulls the strings for my team in attack and his dribbling is beyond desire. He has really good stamina but he gets pushed off the ball very easily. Really recommend this guy.

Huge boost over base card

A huge upgrade over the base 87, this 90 IF adds an element of pace which makes Silva almost unstoppable in terms of midfield effectiveness. With his base card, I went 104 goals and 97 assists through 237 games and felt the only lacking element was his speed. Even with hunter, the base Silva really can't be effective against most high level midfield players based on speed alone. That said, with the bump to 74 speed on the IF (84 with Hunter on 10/100 chem) this card becomes far more useful than the base Silva. The finishing on this card is also much approved, as the ball has a lot more pace and curve coming off his foot than compared to the base card. At 190,000 I felt the card was a value.

it's no wonder that you never see him in the WL

great stats on paper.( esp after the winter refresh)

but i didnt particularly find him very usable.

looking at his average GPG/APG stats , most other ppl here also didnt find him particularly great too.

i sold him after less than 10 games

good dribbler- if you know how.

passing. easily one of the best passer in game. great for thru balls. but given that passing is assisted, not much of a diff between a 90 passer and a 99 passer actually.

stamina is pretty decent. still green after 90mins

biggest con is his size. he gets out muscled very easily. esp in centre midfield.

even with hunter mode. his speed and shooting are very average.

Unstoppable

He is incredible! I use him a lot especially because I have him untradeable but he dashes by players, very skillful. With the rating refresh he is even better. Best midfielder I have used so far. He is a good choice if you do an expensive team although he isn't a player in which you would use most of your money in. For the EPL I would say that after Hazard’s at CAM he is the best and very good when it comes to passes. I liked how he performs skills very well and how in game he is even better than what it seems. He is very good at long shots in game and incredible at through balls.
