Radja Nainggolan futmas is a complete midfielder, he can play in every part of the field, can be decisive towards the goal and decisive in defense to stop an important attacking situation from the opponent. Every longshoot is almost a goal, every pass is accurate (long or short) and he's also a clinical finisher. Can't be so accurate with his heading and he's not so strong against physical opponent, but you can easily sliding tackle them to grab the ball and do a fast counter-attack with him. His stamina is unbelievable, you can run everytime and do extra-time without any problem to change him, he just lasts until the last breath. He's not so fast.

So as he played as CDM in the 4231, he didn't make as much goals as he's actually able to do in his potential, if you play a 4312 or a 41212(2) he's a must-have CM/CAM, however i liked as CDM.

Complete midfielder, can be decisive for defensives or offensives situations.

Most Well-Rounded Midfielder in the Game

What an incredible player. I thought this card would be a stretch given the 87-rated required team for the SBC, but I nevertheless went for it and haven't looked back. His stats are almost perfect (but just misses out on the Gullit Gang sadly), and it shows in-game. Pace - good enough. I play Shadow Chem Style on him so this makes him rapid enough in midfield to both track back to the defence yet push on the offence and support the attack when need be. His shooting is the best I've experienced from any midfielder, his strength is underrated for me and his defensive capabilities are some of the best I've found from a midfielder. Hard to compare to any other players but I found him much more usable than other Calcio A midfielders such as Hamsik, Pjanic or Marchisio. Using him at CAM, CM or CDM doesn't matter as he can be anywhere on the pitch at a given moment!
