Right now this absurd RB can be done for as cheap as 90k, it's an absolute steal, since his card sells for 450k. So, I have an almost 100% TOTS team with high rates like 90~96, but so far was using futmas Meunier as my right back. Don't get me wrong he is pretty solid, despite being to heavy and clunky, but I actually needed to step up my fullback, so i've decided to do this. Did for something like 60~70k and so far i don't regret it at all.
Value for money is set to 5* but it means that for 90k, which is what this SBC is going for right now is an absolute steal

before of buying him i tried every rb possible.
from valencia, walker to aurier if, but yesterday i was looking for some icons to do and i did zanetti prime for just paying him 250k.
he's an assist-machine.
every cross is just perfect, he runs like a jaguar.
FAST (really, he isn't just 86 speed, it's like 99)
PASSING(best i've ever seen, he is a perfect assist-machine)
STAMINA (he does the whole game without problem)
DRIBBLING (just too good for a rb)
4 STAR WEAK FOOT (for a fullback is very good)
THE ELEVATION (50) (but it isn't a big issue)

I've done 3 prime Icons, Costa, Rijkaard and Zanetti, he's the only one I don't regret.
Anchor chem style.
Always seems to be in the right position but then I do set him to stay back and have custom tactics set to aid this. He pops up with at least a couple of interceptions every game and one on one, subject to timing your tackle, he will win it. Can play the short one two's or hit it down the line with accuracy. He is a steal compared to the cost of other prime icons.

So I packed 93 Koulibaly in an untreatable Ultimate TOTS SBC. This guys would not fit into my team so I decided to use him for Zanetti SBC so it cost me around 40k in the end. I wasn't expecting him to be the perfect RB but in the end he still did a great job. First of all, I got a solid right back, of course Valencia, Walker and Aurier are better at some aspects, but he makes up with his defending for the lack of strength and his pace can be fixed using chem style. He is really good when he joins the attack unless it comes to shooting.
Overall, he is a decent right back, and if you have extra 100k you don't need you should do this sbc, but if you are low on money stick to Valencia or whatever you use. He is amazing at crossing, I set him to take corners, as he is really good at taking them.
Positioning. He is always wise about choosing position for the tackle and hardly misses them.
Crossing. This guys is a crossing machine, I set him to take corners as his crossing ability just amazed me.
1on1 tackling. When a players is going 1v1 against Zanetti, most likely Javier will end up with the ball
Dribbling. With decent dribbling he can get to the edge of the box and cross the ball.
Weak foot. 4* is enough for him to feel comfortable on his left. But I mean..... I played 500+ games with Valencia and that 1* didn't feel hard at all, so it's up to you.
2* weak foot. Reason why I prefer Valencia is because he can do h2h and other advanced skills, plus decent strength and agression
Strength. Martial can push him off the ball quite easily, 75 is not enough for this position, although he makes up for it, this is the main reason why I prefer Valencia.
I've done the Zanetti SBC and use him in some matches as a RB and he was so great, very solid, good tackles and interceptions and so fast. But I've got a untreadeble Walker in my team and make him my RB. So I changed my Zanetti into a right CM in game, in my 41212 formation, after that, just to see if he could be good as a midlefielder, like he played a lot in his career, and he impressed me. He is secure to start the game at back, good passes, dribbling, pace and a nice physical. In the last games he started to score some goals, and it was strange, cause his 62 finishes looks very bad, but in game it feels like a 75+.
