Hey guys, I just wanted to share my opinion on Alex Sandro who I consider as the best LB I've tried. I can compare him to Alaba, Danny Rose and Jordi Alba and he is far better than all of them because he has everything.
86 Pace - His pace is more than enough for a LB. With Anchor/Shadow chemistry style he is an absolute beast and he can easily outrun and bully most of the RW/RM/RF in the game. The only player I had issues with is Bale as he is extremely fast and strong as well. Other than him Alex Sandro can destroy everyone against him.
81 Def - His defensive skills are magnificent. His standing tackle is out of this world. Probably one of the best I've tried in the game.
84 Phy - This is the best out of Alex Sandro. His physicality is OUT OF THIS WORLD. He feels super strong and his Stamina is AMAZING. He can run all game long without getting tired. Never had trouble with his stamina and strength. Because of his physicality he is one of the best players for corners in my opinion. I have 10+ scored goals with him and they are all headers. I really like his heading attributes.

First I have to say that I'm Finnish and my English isn't really great. But here we go. Alex Sandro is the best no-special card lb in the game. He has literally everything. He's tall enough, fast, has good work rates, good links, good stars and basically very well-rounded stats. With shadow he can catch even the fastest wingers and strikers in a long or short run. His sprint speed is better than his acceleration, which is a good thing in my opinion. He doesn't lose headers very much, but I think good right wingers are usually shorter than left wingers. Although, he's every time very well positioned and it seems very hard to my opponents to bring ball to attackers on his side. He intercepts the ball almost every time and protects it easily with good strength and aggression. His tackling is really good for a fullback.
When we speak offensive abilities, Alex Sandro has high/high work rates. It's the main reason for it that he's not every time leading your attack even if you want to. But with pressing L1 or LB he make good runs easily. Because 93 stamina, he make good runs in the late game too. His crossing is pretty good, but not as good as I expected. His curve isn't bad too, and I think 70 vision is main reason for his occasionally strange crosses. His shooting is really bad, and all my goals with him have came on rebounds. In my playstyle, I want full-backs to have at least some goalscore abilities, and this is little weakness. His short pass is really good though.

I must start of by saying Sandro was one of my favorite LB in FIFA 17 so there could be some bias here.
So far in FIFA 18 I've used Kolašinac, Rose and Alba in LB position. Sandro outshines them all. With an Anchor card applied he feels insane, a combination of 93 pace, 90 defending and 90 Strength means he may not always be quicker than the winger but if positioned properly is impossible to get past.
He is also super reliable pushing forward as well, his dribbling may only be 81 but for me feels much better in game. His passing isn't usually tested as I usually drive him up the pitch and find a simple pass to an attacker or midfielder.
He has a couple goals for me but don't tend to test his shooting but his runs from LB to create attacking positions and stretch defenses is superb. For now I will not be using any other LB in the game.
One weakness is that he is High/High so can sometimes leave my own defence stretched but I can usually make enough time for him to get back.
Also with 93 Stamina he does 90 mins no problem.

Alex Sandro was the LB I played after getting rid of Jordan Lukaku. He has played over 800 games for me and is simply the greatest. I have also used Carlos, Alaba and Marcelo TOTY (In draft) but for the Price you have to pay, he is the best LB in the game.

Shooting is meh but not to bad
Got this card as a result of a 120k IF Marcos Alonso not living up to his price. So happy I made the change. For 75k he is so good. Every time I got him on the ball, I just dribbled and he was untouchable, his agility is so good. His crossing is the best I've used, firing it in perfectly straight onto Griezmann and Dembele's heads. Definitely the best left back in the game.
