82 - IF
4.0
Ramires 2.0 - My dirty secret shhhhh
By darkindividual, 18-04-2018

I bought him for my full IF Liga NOS squad as the league is short on elite midfielders . So i used hum as a RCM in a 433(2) formation ,he is a complete terrier/workhorse/boss in midfield .

He literally runs things in game and can do everything. I noticed hes a bit short on first touch and agility , so used artist chem style to boost his passing and dribbling , he becomes a really well rounded player.

With his pace, strength, stamina and aggression i use him to put pressure on opponents ,chasing them around like mad man usually forcing them off the ball eventually or at least forcing a mistake.

Hes always arriving in perfect time in both boxes and can tackle pretty well , needless to say his finishing is decent and can be trusted inside the box and is pretty decent long range. Very strong player in the air, again benefiting attack and defense.

Passing is solid with artist chem , he can play decent through balls , just short of being considered a play maker, but he is very hard to get off the ball and reliable when retaining it due to his strength and agility.

I was a bit hesistant to write this review as i think he's been overlooked as a midfield option by many , and i didnt want this weapon used against me . Keep the secret and enjoy

Pace

Well rounded

Surprisingly decent at defending

just a few notes
By noyer420boy, 25-02-2018

I haven't played enough games yet to make a full review, so I will just jot down notes

In general, it feels like a fun card and 100000% worth to at least try for 14.5k as a supersub or a starter.

I play him as a starter and switch to 4-3-1-2 in game as RS, with Crespo LS and Thauvin at CAM.

Yes he isn't the best striker, but for 14k you shouldn't ask for much anyway. I judged him hard and had no tolerance for leniency because with Crespo in the team, I expected another game changer beside him, and there are many cheap informs who are beasts and can do that job, like Josef Martinez for example.

Remember that I haven't played too much with him, and it doesn't mean he won't be a beast for you. I've literally played 3 games, which many people will think is crazy but is at least enough to get some gist of the player you are reviewing.

Tackles like a fucking center back. Will win you 2-3+ tackles a game from the attack, and when he tracks back to tackle at the midfield (shown by his high defensive work rate), he will win you the ball back to set up a counter. You will feel the 92 aggression at times.

Not too much other than that, but his positioning is amazing and will make many runs. Whether he scores a lot or not will be a question, but he will damn sure get into the position.

Finishing is a bit lacking

Ironically doesn't feel too strong, but it's probably his balance. Yes he has 81 balance but the extra height makes it feel like 65.

As for shooting, he can aim well, but I feel his shots aren't too powerful inside the box. It can probably be because of the chemistry style, and I would definitely try him with a finisher instead of a hunter. I feel like he needs another upgrade before he will really fulfill his stats and have potential to be a beast card.

Passing is also lacking, and first touch isn't good.
