What a player! I bought his OTW after the MOTM upgrade for about 100K knowing it wouldn't take him that long before his next IF. Since his upgrade (TOTW26) yesterday I played about 6 games with him and he just keeps getting better..

Important note to start with; You have to know how to use him! He isn't ideal for every player. If you are playing the possession game with lot's of quick passes, with 2 strikers in front, he is an ideal target-man.

With his strong physical stats I can use him to gather my midfield near the box, or hold on the opposing CB's to wait for my Werner MOTM to make his runs. He really needed the last 2 passing upgrades since that was his main weak point but EA delivered. I make a lot of goals combining at the edge of the box and as soon as the ball comes near the Batsman; Press O and the goal will follow.

Ideal escape when needed: Let my fullbacks use their pace/crossing and let the Bat fly! With 99 Heading Accuracy he barely misses a heading chance.

For the Pacy guys out there.. ; Batshuayi is not your man. His pace is sufficient to send him deep 1/2 times a game but you should buy him for his total package.

I would say there almost is no player who is a better 'Value for Money'. 130K for his OTW.. With more IF's coming..

You only have to want to use a Bundesliga squad. I have problems creating a Hybrid Squad in the Bundesliga WITH Batshuayi.

He is like a mix of Higuain and Lukaku but with better Pace, better Dribbling and better killing mentality

He's always where you need him, Just hold the ball for a second with the Player behind him and he will bring himself in a Position to Score, never played a Striker that creates so many chances by being at the right spot.

And after you giving him a usable pass you just have to shoot, doesnt matter if you try finesse, low driven (i don't use this shitty cheat shots), long shots, hard taken shots, even if its not going in, no matter which keeper he has no chance to safe it without any danger after the shot.

Link him with Bundesliga or Belgiums

I've been unlucky/stupid to buy him for 90k in what happened to be the exact day before the pre-tots market crash and now he's going for around 60k, which is way too low for such a beastly card.

I've tried him as a lone striker in 4231 (sif kostic, ptg hazard and sif raffael as cams) and as a left striker in a 4312 alongside 82 gnabry and 86 kramaric at cam.

And oh my god is he a beast.

He has literally everything you want from a striker: high pace, insane shooting, 90+ strength, heading accuracy and jumping, and also very high dribbling and composure.

He’s the perfect target man and possibly the best card to play as a lone striker in a 4231, second only to the mighty cr7.

However, i'm more comfortable playing with a two striker formations with a big striker acting like a target man (him) and a fast striker who makes runs (82 gnabry) while his partner defends the ball, and he's perfect for this role because his short passing is good enough for 1-2s and through balls for gnabry and kramaric. Also has nice workrates to save his stamina during the game as he only makes run when the ball is close to the edge of the box and does no noticeable defensive output. the most amazing thing about batman is that he can score pretty much everything, I even scored an outrageous long shot finesse with his back to goal which you dont really expect given his 79 curve. 4* weakfoot is key to this card, especially since I play him as a left striker. He probably has a lower goal to game ratio than he should have but that’s my playstyle, I don’t shoot unless I'm on a great angle, but with this machine of a striker I feel very comfortable to try outrageous shots and most of the times he gains a corner or simply scores.

60k for such a player is a STEAL. No real cons.

What can I say, if their was an Icon Drogba it would be this guy Michy Batshuayi. for just 90-100k you're getting a top 5 striker in this game and honestly this card is better than most icon strikers out their for more than half the price.

Where to start? I am using the squad you can see on the link, and I use Chadli on the RW because of the chem, once the match starts, MOTM Willian goes there. Also I change the formation to the 4-2-3-1, so yes, Mitchy goes as the only Striker of my team.

Used to play with that formation but with Gabriel Jesus as the only striker I noticed that my team was lack of goal, of finishing, of strength. The perfect striker would be 96 Cristiano Ronaldo, or 94 R9, but like the majority of us can´t afford it, I saw the new card of Batshuayi suitable for my team, so I decided to buy it, booooooy, it was a big but a great decision, I´m so happy with him!

Using the Hawk Chemistry style (You can go up and apply it) You can see that he is very fast, the 99 on the majority of shooting stats, the 99 strength, and also, the good stats at dribbling, he is not clumsy, he moves very well! and I would recommend to use Balanced Attack and Balanced positioning on Personal instructions, i tried using Objective man, but it didn't worked, with that instructions he is AWESOME.

Pace (9/10)

With the Hawk Chemistry Style he gets 93 Acceleration and 92 Sprint speed, he is absolutely fast, I can easily put a 10/10, but let´s calm down, he is fast, but he isn't a speedster, although the pace is not a problem, as I said, he is very fast.

Shooting (10/10)

Also with the hawk Chem Style, he gets a 99 combo on the finishing, positioning, shot power, and has also great longshots and volleys, HE SCORES EVERYTHING, he gets also in the perfect position (With balanced positioning instruction) to score, and the 4 stars WF makes him an excellent shooter with both legs.

Passing (7/10)

Ok, Mitchy is not a Game creator, he is a Complete striker, so the passing is not very important, but I will say that he doesn't miss any passes, specially the L1 + X (LB+A on Xbox) to make him run forward, I usually make this kind of passes with Kevin De Bruyne, Hazard, or Willian on my team, and it works perfectly well.

Dribbling (9/10)

And here is the reason because I think he is an excellent striker, on FIFA, when you have a Striker that has good finishing, and acceptable pace and good physical stats, he lacks of dribbling, he feels clumsy, I'm talking about Players like Lukaku, Harry Kane, or others, But that´s not the situation of Batshuayi, he has an excellent Balance, and excellent Agility, and excellent ball control, you can really enjoy

using him.

Defending (7/10)

Ok, before you say How the F*** can you rate 7/10 on defending when he has 37 defending?, You can see that in the Defending stats there is one that is "Heading Accuracy", And god damn, Batshuayi is soooo accurate with his head, 185cm tall, and 99 Heading, send the corner kick to the first post and Batshuayi will be there to Send that ball to the net, really, is a beast on the heading, a complete striker on all senses.

Physical (8/10)

99 Strength for him with the Hawk Chemistry Style, 99 jumping, Have I got to say yet that he is a Beast? I don´t think so, the only thing because i rate him an 8/10 is because he doesn't win all the physical battles with the Central backs, Bailly or Boateng Pushes him easily, but once you find a space to shoot, it will be Goal, for sure.
