The Austrian FUT Birthday Florenzi (David Alaba)

After seeing all of the amazing FUT Birthday cards that were recently released I decided to test out my favorite FUT birthday cards in different squads for the past two weekends and see how they do in FUT Champs. I used Florenzi's FUT Birthday card first so I will compare Alaba to him because they are very similar cards. First off this card is a lot more fun to use then Florenzi. Florenzi is pretty much the perfect CM but he almost feels like a robot. David Alaba in game feels like a mix between 86 Florenzi and IF Goretzka. Alaba has better long shots, defence, wins more aerial battle's, is taller and has a better weak foot. Florenzi beats him everywhere else but is 200k more than Alaba. I used him as a CM with the basic chemistry style, but because of his high pace and well rounded stats there are many other viable chemistry options (switched to 4-1-2-1-2(2) in game). I played around 10-15 games with him in FUT Champs and he holds his own and propelled me to get my best weekend league finish this past weekend, along with some other overpowered fut birthday cards. I will break down his stats below but in conclusion, if you want a FUT Champs ready CM that is easy to link, and very effective/fun to use. David Alaba is a must have for any bundesliga squad or bundesliga hybrid squad. This card is very overpowered and is a game changer.

Pace: Very fast, feels as fast as Florenzi but with less agility

Shooting: Incredible Longshots and shot power, good curve/finesse shots but low finishing will let you down in the box from time to time

Passing: Excellent, not quite on the level of TOTGS Kimmich or Florenzi but very solid

Dribbling: Great dribbling, ball control, and reactions, agility could be a little better but I would boost his dribbling with a chem style to take it to the elite level

Defending: Amazing interceptions, very good overall defender

Physical: Good jumping, decent stamina, somewhat low strength/aggression
