Was using between Morata and Gameiro for a long time , so I decided to so the RVP SBC. My , My! He's absolutely great! I used 'Catalyst' on him , so his Pace and Passing touch 90's. With shooting already 90 , I thought that hunter will be a waste on him. I only play squad battles on Legendary/Ultimate , and in the first match he scored 5 , FIVE , goals. Match ended 5-3 , with RVP tucking in a penalty. Looks like I found myself a good striker. Chemistry had to be sacrificed since I use a LaLiga / France Hybrid , but , IDGAF!

So I got robin van Persie a month ago I think. I was really hyped because of many 90+ shooting stats. So I thought that I would kill people with him. But no. I think van persie is okey not anything more. He’s finishing is okey he can score some bangers and have some strength, but will get bullied or the ball.

As a Manchester United fan choosing between him and Rooney was one the hardest choices for me personally, however in the end the 20th title and the hat-trick vs Villa convinced me RVP was my man , I was slightly disappointed with the face stats on the card however boy did they lie, i slapped a hunter on him to make him faster and he is able to comfortably outpace defenders using the double tap sprint and deliver a cross for van basten, his dribbling felt a little clunky however i am not much of a dribbling unless its close control and not sprinting. RVP's finishing obviously is the best thing about the card even with 3 star weak foot his finishing is superb, odds of missing a big chance are probably 1/10 its that good almost as good as prime van basten.

So, this friday a RVP fut birthday card got released. I'm an huge Feyenoord fan so I had to get this guy as he costs you nothing but a little bit of time. I used RVP in a 41212 small formation at left striker with Luis Hernandez at his right and Okocha behind them. In 5 games (div 2) he scored 7 goals and provided 3 assists. He is very similar to 86 IF Raffael.
His strengths are his finesse shots from outside the box and his finishing. The 4* skills are very nice to use as well in your attack.
The things I dislike about RVP are his 3* wf, pace and physicality. That is why I used him with an Hawk chem style. His stamina is only 70 so you have to do damage with him before the 65th minute. After that minute you could bring in a fast supersub like fut bday Gnabry, who I used.
I unlocked RVP through the Fut Birthday promo, this was the best decision that i ever made, he steps up in the big games and gets vital goals. When i first brought in RVP into my club i was in division 5 with 3 losses from division 10 to 5, then using him along with Fut Birthday Schurle at ST and Sbc Promes at CAM. Together these three formed a formidable trio, i rose up from division 5 to champions of division 1 suffering only one loss along the way. He was mainly used in divisions with a few games being played against my friends and banged goals in left right and centre. he wasn't one of those players that put 3 goals in one game then didn't against other he was consistently contributing in every game. Completing the Sbc was an absolute steal as it was basically free if you completed objectives to get st patricks day players. Although i didn't like the overall Fut Birthday promo this was a small light in the darkness and brought back some fun to FIFA. I now look forward to coming home from school and playing with this team with my favourite player to use being RVP. I use RVP on 10 chemistry in a 41212(2) and applied a hunter chemistry style to bring up his pace and boost his already unreal shooting.
Hes basically finished any chance i give him with his shooting
Despite only having 75 strength with his 6'1 stature he rarely gets pushed off the ball
His Free kicks are some of the best that i have used in the game
Having the hunter chemistry style applied his apparent pace goes to 90 (although i do not agree with this boost)
He has 4* skills which allows him to Berba spin and Chop
His stamina can sometimes be an issue especially in tough games with him needing to be subbed off at 70 mins sometimes
He only has 3* weak foot, although having 4* skills is nice however id prefer it the other way around
He can sometimes be slightly sluggish on the ball in slow gameplay
He is kinda hard to link unless you use Rijkaard, Gullit,Overmars or any other icon
