This is the Best St i've ever use in fifa 18 (i also use prime crespo,lewandowski,aubameyang stb stb). if he shoot outside and inside in the box he will score .His pace is quite good .always score with his head .he is good in the build up play with his 91 short passing .He is very strong with the ball the defenders can't push him.It can't be overemphasied his pace and his shooting overall hi is one of the best st in the game if hi like not to fast st and crossing .
- shooting ahh i can' say no more his shootin is brilliant
- passing especially his short passing in the build up play
- heading is brillinat
- his strenght is brilliant (i use many times brilliant sorry for that)
- stamina is good but if you play 120 minutes he will get tired)
- his dribbling is also very very very good (not a dybala or messi)but good
the only cons maybe if you dont play weekend league many times his price
and the stamina in weekend league i often sub him off
Best Serie A "physical" ST, better than Icardi (95) and Immobile (96); huge and substantial improvements have been made from his 93 version (Used that in the past).
Thanks to his pace and his phisicality I can consider him a complete striker:
- he's able to run from his area to the opponent's one and score amazing goals at 90' ;
- he wins most of the contrasts against the best defenders of the game (i.e. Ramos TOTS, Azpilicueta TOTS).
- huge improvements from the 93 version
- heading
- PACE: everything
- SHOOTING: finishing + finesse shots
- DRIBBLING: dribbling, ball control, balance is not a problem
- PASSING: short passing, crossing
- PHISICALITY: strenght, stamina
- PASSING: long passing
I've got this card in Guaranteed SBC. Previous versions of his card was very underwhelming for me. I found that Immobile was much better than Higuain non TOTS card. BUT, this one is absolutely insane. If you pass to him and he is relatively open he scores 100%. If he is covered, you have 2 options - bully defender with physicaluty, or dribble around him (i Use engine chemistry for my Higuain (check yourself). If you use Calco/Argentina team then dont look further. If you have funds to afford him and Aguero any special cards - than you have perfect attack.

Very Deadly, He scores almost every shot he takes and usually won me the game. I played him up front in a 4312 with tots immobile( both packed from guaranteed tots packs ) They were both very deadly up front but i think Higuain just edged it as the better player.

Strength(He has 88 physical but 99 strength which definetly showed in game)
He usually felt very fast on the ball but it was noticable he wasnt as fast as players like salah and rashford
His first touch was really the only part of him that was dreadful
Hist stamina is average i usually subbed him off for salah or bailey because he gets slow quickly after around 65 mins.
I managed to pack prime Inzaghi in a Flash SBC a few days ago (I know, where was this 3-4 months ago?!), sold him fresh and decided to get Higuain for 250k. I really didn't like Higuain NIF so was a little hesitant, but I play him alongside TOTS Mertens and it's amazing. He replaced Prime Larsson in my lineup.
I think at this point you know what you get with Higuain and how to play him. If you're using him as primarily a through pass finisher, he's very good but there's better; if you're a skillmonger then steer clear. BUT, Higuain IMO is amongst the best at getting the ball, take one touch and ROCKET. Pair him with a fast striker (for me it's Mertens) and that's a deadly 1-2 punch.
I experimented a bit with Chem, I use Engine and it's good enough to allow me to use him as a hold-up CF, as a second striker with through balls, and he'll finish as a (big) fox in the box. He can beat the first man but obviously don't dribble through the whole team. I felt Hunter is a massive waste for the marginal upgrade in pace compared to other chem styles, and I didn't notice much difference between Hawk and basic.
+ Shooting + Shot Power. Knuckleball shot is nearly unstoppable, finesse shots are decent but not his strongest suit, better off to go for power.
+ Strength- pretty well known.
+ (with Engine) he becomes a great forward for buildup play, and counter attacks alike
+ His pace is no longer a problem compared to previous cards, but definitely still boost it with a chem style.
+ 4 star weak foot is legit
+ Very solid value at 250k
- Stamina. Listed at 85, but half the time I feel I need to sub him at 70-75min as it's a noticeable drop off, and I haven't set him on custom instructions. H/M work rates sure, but still feel he tires too easily
- At corners he always seems to go missing- don't know if that's just me or maybe his low aggression is to blame?
