AMAZING ... CDM ?!?!?

Wanted to buy him straight away when i saw , but i've been graced with TOTS Benatia and SIF Nkoulou in a upgrade pack so i let that thought go. Eventually , in the TOTS SBC , i packed him and when i saw 99 longshots , 99 shot power , 94 short and long passing , along with those impressive defending stats , i said , man this would be such a waste at the CB role so i thought why not use him at the CDM role. Yes , he has 7 chem , but it's more than enough and the role suits him amazingly. He has insane positioning , doesn't leave his post for nothing and is an absolute bully , nobody can get past him. Also his longshots are very good , perhaps not as good as the stats would suggest , but he definately knows how to kick a ball :)

Perhaps those 99 shooting stats are inflated artificialy but the way he's doing his defensive role it's amazing

good but dumb

When I packed tots de crib in my calico a tots pack i had mixed feelings. I had been praying to get an attacker so when i got another centre back I'm like no thanks. I tried him out anyways and this is what I found. First of all he is an amazing tackler. Standing tackles and sliding tackles are perfection and his strength and height allow him to win areal battles easily and push away almost any player in the game. I compared him mainly to my tots ramos I had next to him and I found while Ramos always was positioned rightly and there are the right time to make a tackle, de vrij has the positioning of a full on dumb ass. The guys at the halfway line when the ball is in my box and somehow doesn't realise there is an attack going on till its too late. Passing is great and all physicals are great but stamina could be improved a little bit as he gets quite tired at the end of match especially if the opponent has a pace abusing team.
