BIG ZADDY!!

Looking for a Premier League RB, EA answered my prayers by blessing me an untradable Zabaleta. At first I thought, meh, but being a little bit bored of using Valencia for like most of the year, I decided to give Zabaleta a try. I have since sold Valencia (normal gold card) and have now integrated BIG ZADDY into my club.

Pace: The elephant in the room... I have never been one to rely too much on the pace of my defenders. It is pretty common for RB's to have high pace, especially for people that use wingbacks but Zabaleta's pace does not really affect the overall brilliance of this card. With disciplined positioning this card does not have to rely on pace. Either way he is able to still catch up to most defenders, but this is definitely not his strongest stat.

Shooting: Never really shot with this card and never really attacked... which is the brilliance of it. This card does not intrude with your attack, which is what most fullbacks tend to do. After a FIFA filled with defensive mistakes due to highly pressed fullbacks, Zabaletta is really a breath of fresh air in the defense.

Passing: One of his shining stats. Zabaleta can pass like a TOTS CM; his ability to find the open man and composure to not lose control or give a bad pass made me really admire his role in defense. His crossing is accurate and reliable, earning him a 2 assists in my 15 games with him which honestly is quite good for a RB (I know many people that have 200+ games with only like 4 assists).

Dribbling: Surprisingly solid. Zabaleta is able to retain his composure around other players and dribble his way out of situations. Paired with his Pace, his agility is not really the best but passing back to him is quite a safe option with his dribbling.

Defending: BIG ZADDY! His defending is SOOO solid it made me fall in love with this card. I've had games against FAST paced players and Big ZADDY always find a way to contain them. His center of gravity pulls so many defenders into his trap and his marking is so accurate. If you want a BRICKHOUSE defender in your team, Zabaleta is your man.

Physical: Holy... this guy is like the strongest fullback in the game. With his 89 strength paired with 99 aggression, this card turns into a bonafied bodyguard, a closing wall of defense, Vin Diesel in XXX. Definitely makes up for his pace and makes him such a fun card to use. Stamina is not a very big deal in my opinion, he doesn't really use that much energy in his defensive role. Heading accuracy is great, earning him 2 near post headers.

Such a fun card to play. Reliable and cheap, if you're bored of the common BPL RBs this man is for you.
