Best cheap alternative to Marchisio, Hamsik etc.

Plays in a three man midfield with Nainggolan and Hamsik and works brilliantly, with a Basic chem style he scored outrageous long shots for me so I decided to add a Hunter chem style and his card should be worth around 50k with it, he is unreal, scores from anywhere! Mainly used in Squad Battles and FUT Champions.
