I will start talking about this beast. I used to trade with icons, they drop and increase their price a lot on the market, so you can get coins easily. I decided to try 86 rated Overmars, and it went too good for my team, that I decided to do the 90 Rated SBC to try it... The results? He is broken, believe me, 20 games, 35 goals and 16 assists, using 4-3-1-2 formation, with 84 Alejandro "Papu" Gomez as partner. I used Mertens before, you can see that 90 Overmars and 86 Mertens on the cards are very similar, but no, let me explain you:

Pace (10/10)

We don´t need to think a lot, a player with 95 Pace is obviously very fast in game, and the 96 Acceleration - 94 Sprint Speed shows that. I can easily run from my area on a counter-attack and reach the other area in a few seconds, If you are thinking to use him as Winger, he will be good for you, I use him as ST, and it´s a fucking beast.

Shooting (9/10)

Let´s see, the card says 82 shooting, but believe me, this card has +87, if you put the instruction "Get in Behind" Overmars will run and stay alone, this knowing that Overmars has 5* Weak foot, so if you want to shoot with the Right or Left foot, the shoot will be brutal anyway. Personally i use to shoot with the Driven Shot, because it´s too effective for me, there it comes why I put 9/10 and not 10/10, I tried to shoot with R1+Shoot and it´s not effective, But if you try the driven shot, normal shots, and longshots, the shoot will be goal on 95% times.

Passing (8/10)

I don´t considered too much the Overmars passing on this review, as I use him as ST, so my priorities are the Pace and Shooting, but on the 20 loan matches I played with him, he made 16 assists, all of them to Alejandro Gómez, he is a good shooter and a good assistant, sometimes the passes don´t reach to the partner, but most of times are because of my faults.

Dribbling (9/10)

The reason of this 9/10 is the 3* at skill moves, because on all the other facts, Overmars is incredible, 88 agility, 88 Balance, 87 Ball control, 90 Dribbling, he is perfect, and if you improve this with a Chemistry Style, I can´t imagine the quantity of broken defenses you can reach.

Defending (6/10)

As I use him as a Striker, the defending doesn´t matters for me, but when I press to the defenders, on the 50 per cent of the times, I can get to the ball, it´s not a spectacular thing on Overmars, but sometimes is effective.

Physical (6/10)

There it is one of the things that I don´t like from Overmars, as a Striker, it would be incredible to have all the stats I mentioned before and also have good physical to avoid Defenders pressure, but Overmars is not a great Pressure Avoider, you should avoid defenders using his good dribbling, doing some skills before the defenders can reach you, because otherwise, You will lose the ball easily.

I did the SBC to get him for just over 300K & couldn't be more happy with this card! He ticks all my boxes exept for 1. I tried in in many different positions: LF, ST, LM & even CAM. I found that in LM he is best but also is pretty good at ST in central formations. But a LF & CAM he wasn't anything very special. I found him to last the full 90 mins every game due to his high stamina.

Well. how do I describe this guy? He is a god. He is literally ridiculously good. I got him for around 500 k through his SBC. So far he has played 284 games and he has managed to score a whopping 342 goals and assist 170 goals. I've used him both as a left forward in the 4-3-2-1 formation and as a striker on the right in the 4-1-2-1-2 (2) formation. as a left forward he was at his best for the first 10 games, scoring 42 goals in the process. Then I switched him to a striker in the 4-1-2-1-2 (2) formation and that was when things got out of hand. He is a monster. When he was at his best for me was when I played him on right striker paired up with Aguero on the left striker and Kevin De Bruyne as the CAM.

SPEED

His 95 pace is mostly shown in game the first 20 minutes. In the first 20 minutes, nobody can catch him. After that he feels a little bit slower, but still above the 90s. I'd say that he lies on an average 93 pace the whole game.

SHOOTING

His shooting is ridiculous. He can score from wherever he is and whenever he wants. Just take a shot shortly outside the box and watch him smash it into the top corner. His low-driven shots and finesse shots are OP aswell. He scores 9/10 1v1s against the goalie. When you arrive at the goal from the side, use his low-driven shots. When you arrive straight infront of goal, use his finesse shot or just smash it. It will end up in the net either way.

PASSING

His passing is accurate. He does not miss a lot of passes. I use a lot of give and go combinations with him, which makes him running through the backline. His longer range passing though is not that good, but it's not a big problem as you usually don't need to do long-balls with strikers

DRIBBLING

His dribbling is something you will have to get used to. His first touch can be a bit bad sometimes, with him poking the ball a little bit too far forward. This can be used to your advantage though. When he pokes it that far, he reaches his high speed, and almost nobody can catch him. He outruns most centrebacks and almost every wingback aswell. Just be patient and calm when you dribble with him as it's a learning process. It will feel really good after the first 20 games

DEFENDING

Do I really need to cover this? He's a striker, he doesn't need good defending. This is a weakness though because he has a hard time taking the ball from defenders as they usually are a lot bigger and stronger than him

PHYSICAL

His physical is probably the only dissapointing thing with this beast. He is pretty weak, making him easy to knock the ball of. This is nothing you have to think about though. Make a quick give and go combo and he's off. When he's running there is nothing stopping him. He has got 92 stamina which you will really take notice of when you play him. Even late in the game he can run and score wondergoals.

This guy is a joy to use and has won me several games single handedly.
