I bought Bale for 420k a few weeks back, originally as a secondary striker to my CR7, whom I was lucky enough to pack. And Bale did all I could have asked for. Averaged around 1.4 Goals+Assists/Game, which would be good under normal circumstances. But being a secondary striker, I found it to be brilliant. After 20 or so games, I actually didn't have a preference between him and Ronaldo. I think that says it all. He still only has a 3 star week foot, but it doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. He finishes pretty decently on that side as well. I haven't rated him as too much of a game changer due to the fact I already had a Tier 1 Striker. If I had not had that, that would have been 5 stars as well.
Later I changed formation and pushed him down as a LAM. Naturally enough, his production rate went a bit down. But still the second best attacking player on my squad. To be honest he is a bargain at 500k, imo. I wouldn't sell him for less than 800-850. So if you can find the coins. Buy him. Use him. Love him.
- Pace. Obviously. Runs right by any and every defender like it's no biggie.
- First touches. Last year he was a big sluggish on the first touch. No more. He takes the ball with him, without even slowing down.
- Finishing. If you can get him to an across the body shot, it's a goal to be sure.
- (Arial). He did way better than expected on crosses.
- Longshots. He is basically dangerous when he has just a few meters of space in the final third. try and let them fly.
- Passing. Is a bit mediocre for a LAM. Didn't think about when he was a Striker though, so it isn't that bad. Just on the low side for an Attacking Midfielder. Besides it is still acceptable. Just a minor drawback, if you wanted him on the CAM.
Very good player. I use him in 4-3-2-1 with Suarez as a striker and Carrasco on the left but Bale still has more goals and assists than these two great players. His pace is fantastic but he can also shoot very well. It doesn't matter if he shoots from 30 meters or if he goes 1v1 with goalkeeper, he will score. And also his crosses are very good.

I packed Ronaldo and i build a squad for him. My first try is Griezmann but weak. After i have the coins buy Bale and WORTH every penny. First match i use him he scored 4 goals and 1 assist to Ronaldo. Im amazed how good he is. Pace is fenomenal, every shot he made ( finesse, long, low driwen ) is so strong and accurate. I paired him with Cristiano and im sure Best possible not Icon duo in front this year. Highly recommended him if u got Cristiano or La Liga squad and looking for Fast and Accurate play in front.

A beast in front of goal, clinical finisher. I use him as a left striker in a 4-1-2-1-2-(2) as he has a 3 star week foot.His long shots and high shots directed towards the top corner are insane and powerful, leaving all keepers with no chance. I found sometimes his low driven shots were often saved and weren't good enough. His strength feels lacking. His passing - terrible. Doing the LB(L1) pass with him is an absolute nightmare, he doesn't know where the other players are half the time.

- Pace - rapid even with the ball at his feet
- Passing - absolutely woeful (esp with the LB(L1) pass)
- 3* weak foot - must use him left striker
- Strength - often bullied off the ball
This is my first review ever. I have been playing FIFA for 6 years but I never felt the need to write a review. I bought this animal for 500k (firstly because its my favourite player) and also expecting from him to be game changer and to help me reach maximum in FUT Champions . If you are in dilemma should you buy him or not , go absolutely for him. He is my best FUT 18 player which i have tried and he scored so many important goals in fut champs. In 50matches he has 43 goals and 30 assists , I play with him on ST in 4-1-2-1-2(2) pair with lukaku and martial on CAM . His passing is not something special but he wont miss easy passes and sometimes make a very good through ball for Lukaku. His best is his pace which is absolutely ridiculous with 80 strength he is unstopabble even for deffenders like Ferdinand,Ramos,Boateng,Maldini etc. His shooting is brilliant he scoring from different angles and scoring a lot 1 on 1 situations with keeper , his weak foot is very good but sometimes he knows to miss with his right foot lets say about 7.5,8/10.
