Best for cheap brazilian squads (10-25K)

Partner him with firmino or giuliano

Shoot on sight with this guy, put finisher chem style on
Decent passer, can release quick forwards
Pace and Drib means he can take on the odd defender 1v1
Strong enough to hold the ball 80% of the time 1v1
makes other players better
when your opponent is worried about talisca, offload it to firmino/soares/giuliano, triple threat team works very well

Terrible in the air, but hes a CAM it doesnt matter
needs good players around him
only works in a quick short passing team
