He's not the flashiest player but he does the job better than almost any other player I've used. Every team I build, this guy is in it. Paired with the LB Rousillon in the LCM position. These two are the perfect duo. He is my ideal CM
attacking going forward is strong
surprisingly good shooting
not going to be pushed off the ball
Is a little short
For his price is a beast. I use him with MARKSMAN in my French Squad in a 3-4-3 formation and even though I could upgrade to a "better" CM I'm resisting to that because he is just too good for me.
PAC: Could be better of course, but for a CM I personally don't find it a crucial stat.
SHO: Insane longshots. Finesse or power shot, he scored 34 goals in 81 games for me, which is really good for a CM.
PAS: He is good but I play mainly with short passes so I can't properly review this. He can do some nice through balls though.
DRI: Really good. Would be better with 4* SM of course.
DEF: A consistent defender, he wins many headers and tackles well.
PHY: Decent, would be nice if he had more strength but he really holds well the ball.
He won't have your opponent quivering in his boots and that's exactly why Cyprien is such a good starter player, he exceeds expectations. Has enough stamina to run for days and his H/M workrates are excellent at CAM and useful as a RCM too in other formations. Absolutely dirt cheap, I've had him since Day 1 and he was almost the man to reach 100 goals for me, and probably would have been had I not moved on to a Bundesliga squad. His finsihing is top notch, and with decent composure too, he works very well running into the box behind a main striker to mop up and put any rebounds in the back of the net. Another positive is his aerial ability, for a player under 6 foot, he is absolutely immense from NON-deadball situations in the air and a cross his way usually ends in the back of the net, An IF wouldn't go amiss for his card and would nicely give him a little more in the shooting category to make his card more usable in higher divisions (until Div5 Cyprien is more than ok) and a boost in passing wouldn't go amiss either, although with an Engine chem style that sorts itself out anyways. If your playstyle is nice and narrow with driven crosses from wingers and the occasional punt up the field, Cyprien is your man
Passing (Could be a little higher)
Only 3 Star WF
I am dead serious saying this - Wylan was an absolute beast for me for about 250 games until i got Tolisso OTW. He can rip shots from outside the box, finishes well, dribbles well, knocks players away and off the ball, and has somoe decent pace. He is a VERY well rounded player that I just randomly grabbed at the start of the game and just couldnt bare to get rid of. He is dirt cheap and will get the job done.
Trust me, you will like him.
Well rounded in every department.
Can nail shots from outside the box.
Very strong on the ball.
Good positioning - he was one of those players that always seems to be on the rebound from blocked shots and interceptions despite having 69 positioning (Zing! lol).
Surprisingly good passing.
Very rarely would miss a shot that should have gone in. Think Bakayoko esque easy shot miss but keep in mind he WILL score TONS of shots. This is a rare - I just had to come up with a negative.
