Nacho ball!
By ZackkFairr, 15-10-2018

Another player i used due to work rates. It took me a while to realize how short he was too. A very solid player pick at CB. He did well for me, hence why i thought i would write a review.

Tackling - The stand out feature. His tackling is great. Sliding or standing. It isn't top class but he is very nearly there.

Pace - he feels faster that his card suggests (and his card suggests a decent pace!) He managed to track back and save my ass when i thought for sure i was going a goal down.

Passing - Very solid with the ball at his feet. Not as good as Langlet but still very good.

Heading - Defensively his heading is fantastic. He wins alot of arial duels i did not expect him too. 50/50 with players like Madzukic and Kane. His height was a problem occasionally but his jumping was flat out phenomenal.

Price - for 2k a very nice alternative to Ramos in hybrid teams. Excellent for a cheap La Liga team.

Scoring - although his heading was fantastic he never once scored. Not a huge issue but worth noting (It bugged me. All i want is 1 goal!

Strength - side by side another player he can get pushed over. Miss your timing with tackling and you have issues.

Alternatives - There are many alternatives to this card. He is very solid and i recommend him highly.

86 Nacho

I play Nacho in a 5 at the back formation. I am not entirely sure whether I prefer him in the middle or on one of the sides. Because of his great pace, he can provide good cover on the sides because I have my fullbacks instructed to always overlap. Because he is a solid passer and tolerable dribbler, I often like to play him through the middle so he can take the ball out of the back. The middle CB also tends to do the most ...
