Player Review

91 - Bundes POTM
5.0
God Tier (Worth Millions)
By Dembelbae, 20-10-2018

I know this card seems expensive, but wow it is good. It is always risky to pay for a POTM so early, but honestly Reus' informs past 88 rated will be a lot more expensive than this SBC (side-note: I would recommend doing the gold upgrade SBC a lot to get a high rated player, I got Godin and it saved me so much money). He is one of the most fun cards to use. I have him playing CF in a 433(5). His chance creation is solid; it's not his strongest point, but still really good. Theres at least two moments in each game where he makes a run that is just so unique you have to admire the coding that went into it. His shooting is just unbelievable. I'd say he scores once in every 2 shots and the other shot goes out for a corner (which is deadly in this game as well). On that note, his set pieces are crazy. He makes free kicks good – which seems impossible in Fifa. His passing is great and he holds the ball very well. I am going to use him in a two striker formation with Werner, Lewandowski, or Sabitzer (IF), because I think that would suite his playstyle the best.

Overall, they really did a great job of capturing Marco Reus' playstyle in real life and fitting it into Fifa 19. He scores like crazy at striker and I can only imagine he'd be an assist king at CAM. Love the guy, love the card. I would, however, take into consideration that he will likely get a TOTS. If you have a lot of coins, spend them on him because TOTS is so distant from now. If you were saving up a lot, I would just hold off and maybe try his 86 inform or Lewa.

P.S. The second most expensive player in my squad is Witsel, and Reus works brilliantly in Weekend League, no need to worry about surrounding him with expensive players.

Stamina – just putting this here so I have a con, I really didn't notice any bad incidents. Plus even if his stamina depletes he will still function well given his playstyle.

Perfect striker

Reus is by far the best player I've used in this Fifa. This is comparing him to the likes of futmas son, prime raul and some other great players. He is definitely an endgame player, and is actually worth the money provided you don't have any of the other Reus POTM cards. I haven't tried either of his other cards, so I have no way of comparing them, but for under 1 million and a guarantee he's going to get an upgrade to at l...

Best CAM in Game

I got Reus in my player picks and was instantly gassed as he's by far the best IF this week. I use him at CAM in a 4-3-3 (4) an he's insane. Shooting: I've used players like Mertens, Son, Dybala, De Bruyne no one has the long shots this man has. You can power drive or finesse from anywhere in the opponents half and I guarantee it will at least test the keeper. Passing: His passing stats a...

2nd Potm (Icon) Reus

As i couldn't complete his first Potm since i didn't have the coins at that point , i did this Sbc even though its very expensive and untradable. Yes maybe its not the best value for coin wise! but with these stats on a player you're gonna use for 500+ games. i think its worth it and good god he delivered! The following review is based on 46 games with the card resulting in 48 goals and 45 assists in a 2....
