This player was named "Alpine Messi" during WC by polish commentator.

Then it was funny to hear, but now it's true, and he's cheap.

For about 15 games I didn't know that he's left footed player

Shooting - just look at his stats and don't ask again

Passing - could be better, as CAM he needs card with passing.

Dribbling - amazing, even if he'll lose a ball, he can get it back

Physicality - really powerful, he can beat physically even CB's

Defending - I don't recommend to play him as CDM, but his power is perfect to come back and have a little fight with attacker

Positioning - He's always there, if you want him to be on edge of the box, he'll be there, if you wanna him inside to finish, he'll be there, if you wanna...

He's everywhere, everytime you need him, my HERO. And he can do everything, even with not the best pace.

SHOOT FROM ANYWHERE!!

I'm not sure how long this card will have 90 shooting for but for the duration that it does, he is the best CM/CAM in the game. The amount of games i won purely because of Longshots from Shaqiri is completely ludicrous. He is very well rounded apart from height and defending but lets be honest, he's not in there to defend. He only has 80 pace but feels more like 85/90 and honestly is not a problem. His passing is incredible...

Underpowered but still amazing

Shaqiri despite losing pace every year is still a lot of fun to use. His upgrade to 5 star skills means you can still floor defenders in 1 on 1 situations and he can really whip up some majestic long range goals from time to time. He feels very effective to cut left inwards to pass into the centre for an assist or to shoot for a banger. His strength is slightly disappointing as I feel he's been undervalued in this attribute...
