Much better than expected

I'm going to be honest, he's among my top 3 best LB's ever used. He feels like a LB Godin (for the defensive abilities). As his price dropped, I decided to sell my basic version to take his tank. After all, he could still be upgraded, and if not, the price is quite reasonable for the monster that you get.

I've always used him since Fifa 14, he's rarely been a disappointment. He proved it once more.

However he's not a so great game changer as his basic version or even Alba are good anyway

Amazing passing, whether it's about crosses or not
Pretty good dribbling, without being excellent either
Almost unbeatable on 1v1, except if you've got an icon or a player such as Messi or Ronaldo
Very useful composure, he make a very few fouls
ALWAYS intercepts "strong" passes forward, feels like his marking and aggression are much higher than what the stats show
He's definitely not slow, even if he's not fast either
His nationality is a good way to link leagues or make hybrids
His stamina makes feel like he could last games

Could be faster
A bit more jumping wouldn't be a flaw, even his he's got a good height
He's likely not to up anymore as Juventus could knock ATM out.. We'll know in some weeks

I'm of the opinion, that you spend more on the players that can win you the game. That's my philosophy. I saw Filipe Luis when he around 16k and I didn't the coins to justify making that purchase at the time because as a LB, you would think he's not as influential. Very Poor player

Honestly I expected better, this card ISN'T good. The only reason i really use this card is because 1, its untradable, 2, Marcelo i too expensive, 3, Alba is too short. All round just a bad card
