I wasn't carried away when I packed his red card from WL rewards some time ago. At first I thought that I was never going to use him due to his height, but then I started to use him in my Serie A/ Bundesliga hybrid squad and was simply amazed by how good he was. Izzo is by no means perfect, but I feel he is right up there with those expensive high tier defenders. If you need a fairly cheap CB for weekend league, I would strongly recommend him. He is quite small, but with an anchor chem style you boost his jumping to 91 which certainly compensates for his low height. As far as workrates go, I wouldn´t say (for me at least) that M/M is a con. I like playing with M/M and H/M on my center backs. I play Izzo alongside Naldo. Pairing him up with a big aggressive defender that charges out to win aerial duels helps him a lot. If Naldo fails to win the initial header then Izzo acts like a sweeper and picks up the pieces. He´s got great reactions and composure and very rarely does mistakes. I really struggle to find any negatives with this card. Maybe passing is a bit low, but avoid taking Stevie G passes with him and you´ll be fine. Long story short, he´s cheap, reliable and gets the job done. Hope this review was helpful.
Keeps calm under pressure
Feels very strong
4* weak foot
Knows when to go for the interception and when to track back
A bit short (minor con for me at least)
