The biggest let down of this year.

I was looking for a strong and pacy striker and Martial, on paper, has everything I needed. Moreover, I also needed a strong link to Pogba thus it was the perfect and easiest choice to make.

BUT. But all the hype fainted. Sluggish, slow, clumsy, bad ball control, average shooting, weak composure. The only pro is his heading, this is the only good thing about him.

I mean: with those stats you expect a sort of (SORT OF) Cristiano Ronaldo, instead Martial is nowhere near him. I used TIF Werner, IF Gabriel Jesus, NIF Mertens, NIF Aubameyang and NIF Bale; Martial is worse than each of them. And costs 260K. And speaking of Bale, If you are thinking of buying Martial forget it and go for the Welsh..they are almost identical, but Bale costs 140K less and can be green-linked to a beast CDM like Casemiro (who in turn costs 130k less than Martial's green-link friend Pogba).

I have more goals than games with Martial, but they were all easy goals which could have been scored by an ordinary striker. He doesn't make the difference, not a single flash..he is simply average. I would spend 80/90K for him, tops.

Save your coins for a real game-changing player, since Martial is not.

Very Reliable

As soon as Anthony Martial got an inform, I just knew I had to try him and he did not disappoint. I used him in the 4-3-2-1 formation as LF and it worked like a charm. In 10 games he scored 12 goals and contributed 4 assists. The only main problem I was concerned about was the price, but looking back at what he did for the team it was worth it. Hello y'all.Packed Martial, when his TOTW card first came out and since then he has been my absolute legend. French Beast!!!!

I got him for 84k in a french/ligue 1 hybrid, and pared him with TIF Pepe (who is also amazing), and he did not disappoint. He was able to score goals for fun. I kept him on shadow as I was too tempted for the 99 pace as well as the shooting boost. He was a true savior, scoring 5 goals in one match.
