He is insane in game, it took me some games to get used to him as he is very weak. He has insane shots and is super fast, but I recommend using a sniper chemistry style in order to boost his composure to 84 as it is only 79:/ Play him in spaces where he can run without getting touched by the defenders as he falls over very quickly when pressed.
