So after seeing his stats, and deciding to do his SBC, I threw his straight into the deep end that is WL. While his 3* WF might look worrying to some people, I can assure you that his qualities make up for that one flaw. His grace on the pitch, on or off the ball, is quite evident, but he is also a player of many hidden attributes that you might only notice once you actually start using him. I might be a bit biased since I am a Man City fan, but here is my review of El Mago.
Pace:9.5/10
He is certainly fast enough to outrun most defenders, and his bursts from midfield open up another avenue to attack with. Not as fast as your Adamas, Kents and Mbappes, but certainly fast enough for this stage of the game. His acceleration in particular allows him to wriggle away from defenders with the slippery feel of an eel. No complaints there.
Shooting:8.5/10
If you have a crack with his left foot, then it is almost certainly going in. Finesse shots in particular are absolutely deadly with him. Pulls of all kinds of shots, you name it, he does it. His 3*WF does limit him somewhat, and his lack of the Outside Foot Traitalso does show, but it isn't the that important. The fact that he got 15 goals in 15 games, of which half of these were lag fests/ DC's/ early ragequits does show that his shooting, on his left foot at least, is almost immaculate.
Dribbling:10/10
His dribbling - well, what do you expect with his lowest dribbling stat being 96 agility. He has that WBY/Messi feel of being insanely hard to get the ball off, but he is also able to create space with his immaculate ball control and balance. The perfect player to use left stick dribbling with.
Passing:10/10
His passing is the best passing experience that I have used in FIFA 20. Cheeky one-twos, beautifully threaded through balls, passing the ball from one touchline to the other, the list goes on and on. He only got 6 assists, but in my formation he is the player that scores, not the player that assists.
Physical:6/10
As expected. Stamina lasts all game.
Defending:5/10

Strength?
So here is my review of David Silve AKA El Mago. Some might say 'oH bUt He HaS 3* wF, hE mUsT bE uNuSuAbLe', but guess what. They can go and abuse drag-back near-post infinite rebound 97th minute goals with Kent all they like. If you're not bothered about that so much, and are looking for an interesting option, go for him. He has been a magician for me, and I am sure that he will be for you too.

So this is my first Futbin review and I felt I needed to after trying this card.
I saw the card and thought the stats were slightly underwhelming but in game he becomes totally different. I decided to play him in striker with a hawk in a 4-1-2-1-2 formation as I was looking for a Spanish striker and I couldn't have hoped for more.
I played a few games with my friends and he scored about 2 in each. I then went into FUT Champs and he scored 7 in 8 games. He felt really nice and made good runs. He tends to drop into a false 9 role however with high defensive work rates and I think he would work really well as a CAM if that is what you are looking for. I am currently 6-1 in Champs and I usually get high silver so I am really pleased. 4* 4* is totally fine with finesse shot trait and he feels like Messi with how agile he is. He has 93 stamina so he won't stop running and has good compusure. 90 finishing is great for this card but 61 strength is a bit of a letdown.
Overall he is a great card for his value and I'd totally recommend (P.S If you are doing the 94 what are you doing. Get the 97)
- Dribbling is very good - he is agile and has high balance. He feels a lot like Messi
- Finishing - His shot power feels really strong and he has scored a couple of longer goals which I didn't expect
- Passing - Not surprising for a David Silva End of and Era, he passes really nicely
- Pace - He feels fast enough for a hawk and you shouldn't have to fork out more money for a hunter.
- Linkability - There are plenty of Spanish or PL players you can link him around at this stage of the game.
- Great value for money
- High / High workrates if using at CAM
- He is not very physical and quite small so struggles to beat more physical players e.g. Varane
- His packs are untradeable if you are low on coins unlike Modric's SBC
- I haven't used him the whole weekend yet.
- High defensive workate if using at ST
THIS IS A MUST DO CARD I can't stress enough how much this card changed my team. He finishes absolutely everything, is always in the right position, and is an absolute difference maker for any team. Don't be scared away by his 3* WF, his ability to maneuver on and off the ball makes it so that he never is in a situation where he has to shoot with his right. I would recommend this card to anyone who wants a passing style ST, or needs a dedicated CAM/CM. I played him both as a ST and a central CAM in a 4-2-3-1 and he was amazing in both. He scored some absolute bangers from no where in a time in this game where everyone's teams are TOTSSF CBs and GKs. He is by far the best CAM I've used. I run him with Sanes moments, Undav TOTSSF, and Gnabry TOTSSF, and he plays the entire game. He feels absolutely rapid with a Hawk, I don't think a hunter is necessary. This can't be overstated: do this card!

I have been waiting for this card since November when Silva announced that he was leaving Man city. I was initially annoyed that the card did not get released, but now I am glad that EA waited until now so that Silva has received the end game card he deserves.
The price of the SBC is around 300-350K. I think the price is fair considering the stage of the game and the fact he does have 3 star weak foot. With a few untradeables that we all have at now due to the guaranteed SBCs and rewards I think most people could do it cheaper if they want to. I slotted Silva in at central CAM in a 4-2-3-1 and put on a hawk to boost the pace, shooting and the physical. My first impressions of the card were how smooth he felt on the ball and the fact that he actually felt fast. I was surprised by this as I thought he would feel slightly sluggish on the ball. His passing is on another level and way above any card I have used on this fifa. Passing is usually slow and uncontrollable, but with this Silva 90% of passes are spot on.
Now we move onto the shooting. WOW! I was not expecting this in the slightest. Powerful shots that blast pass the keeper, finesse shots that are placed into corners. He has it all. In the 23 games I have used him, he has scored 26 goals from CAM. A few of these were penalties, which were good.
His physical stats seem bad, and overall they were the worst area of the card. I never subbed off this card, he always played 90 minutes at least, and a few 120s over the weekend. He did lose fitness quicker than some of my players, but also slower than others. The stamina is fine and not a cause for concern. His strength feels better than expected, however he is not going to be barging past defenders any time soon. But did I expect him to, NO.!
His dribbling is another high of this card. The way he glides around the pitch is so smooth and I find it a challenge to lose the ball with him. His high balance and his height mean it is hard for defenders to get the ball from him, even with his awful strength stat.
Another con about this card is the 3 star weak foot. Thank God EA didn't give him 2 star weak foot!! I have stayed away from shooting on his right boot, which makes him slightly predictable to play against, however his dribbling means he is able to work himself into positions to shoot on his left. And when he does, he scores.
Overall, he is for sure one of my favourite cards to use on Fifa 20 and any Fifa. He has a sentimental value to me, and he lives up to all my hopes and expectations. Compared to other CAMS I have used this Fifa. He is on par with TOTS Son and miuch better than TOTS Gnabry, Mahrez and Depay. He easily links into a prem team and a lot of Spanish links around such as Guardiola, Raul and many TOTS Cards. I would highly recommend doing this card if you need a new CAM for your side. But stay away if your happy with your current side.
- Shooting - Some of the best I have seen on a CAM. Scores in and out of the box and feels powerful. Can take penalties as well.
- Pace - Feels surprisingly fast. Outpaces defenders and this helps create chances.
- Passing - Best on the game, all that needs to be said.
- Dribbling - Best I have used, I imagine Messi and other elite TOTS cards fell better, but he is capable and has some of the best dribbling on Fifa 20.
-3 star weak foot - Makes the card slightly predictable. Not the end of the world but certainly is a negative at thus stage of the game-
-Strength - Again not the end of the world, but he does get pushed around sometimes.
