Player Review

Introduction
When I first saw Paulinho card I knew I will do it. I was looking for some changes (I change squad very often), I wanted to change Militao, Sissoko, Mendy and Anderson who had some minor problems I wanted to get rid off. When I have done Paulinho I knew he will fill Sissoko place, Militao will be changed for some icon, Mendy for Alex Telles and Anderson for any left winger I didnt try out yet (Bernard Scream was the choice I made). I have used Paulinho as a CDM with Anchor next to Keane (the actual formation I used was 4-2-3-1 with Rashford at the front). Sometimes I tried him out a little higher and more offensive, sometimes more defensive.
A little bit about Braziliano
To be honest I just had much higher expectation. This is the weird start of the actual review but this is the TL;DR.
The main problem with Paulinho I had was that he wasn't 'the best' in anything on the pitch. When I had Sissoko he also wasn't the best in everything, but his appearance and actual in-game strength did work, he was intercepting, he could battle easily with anyone, he also positioned himself well. Paulinho have most of the statistics better than Mousa, and even though he had problems with keeping the ball and intercepting. He was good, I am not saying he is bad, but he is just not the player there's position for in my tactic. I even tried to switch tactic and tried to position him above CDM and below CAM, but he also had problems there in proving that he is worth keeping in squad.
Winners of the change
I can't say everything about this card is bad, because he also have good presence, he also is quite strong, have good headers etc. but there are just moments, moments when Paulinho just turns off. Loose balls, can't pass properly, I just don't like players that have these kind of moments, if you are good you should be consistent, and he is not (Hierro suffers for the same problem - he is great for most of the game, and then - BAM - he just turns off).
The biggest winners of the change I made in squad for him were for sure Alex Telles IF and Bernard SCREAM. Thanks Paulinho for showing them to me!
Conclusion
The conclusion could be the very first sentence below introduction. I just expected him to be my main CDM/CM, he is just good backup plan if I will change my squad to be most brazilian.
-Good heading
-Strong
-4* skill
-He is not dynamic or agile even though his statistics aren't that bad
-He has 'bad' moments
