Player Review

Alright guys, I decided to create a futbin account just for this review since I can`t get my head around the beastlyness of this card. I have no idea how people usually sructure their reviews, so I`ll just go for it in my own style I guess.

First of all, if you`re thinking of doing this SBC - do not hesitate, go for it. If you`re currently unsure or against doing it, pull yourself together and throw out some untradeables or simply pay the 30k, it`s more than worth it. In fact, if this Bolasie card had better links or would play in the premier league he´d probably be 150k-ish which would honestly be a completely legit price tag.

I played him with a sniper chem style in the above squad, switched to a 4222 in game, subbed out Soares for 87 Politano and played Bolasie at left striker alonngside the Italian. In 7 Div 4 Rivals Matches he scored me 8 goals and provided 2 assists.

In all seriousness and without any exaggerating: this guy made me enjoy FIFA again. He is more than the complete package. He is completely overwhelming in every regard.

First of all, his stock is insane, very similar to Anderson Talisca but slightly broader. In contrast to Talisca though, he is extremely agile and fast to react - he turns soo damn quick, its legit close to Ben Yedder. The most impressive part about the dribbling and maybe the entire card (alongside shot power) however is the fact that he just cant lose the ball. I came up against Ferdinands, Van Dijks, Varanes, they were mostly unable to disposses him because of his sheer power and amazing technical abilty - deadly combination in FIFA. On top of that he has 5 star skill moves which is such an enjoyable feature to have in this game, especially when he randomly puts in a rabona cross, or no look backheel pass without you even telling him to do so. It may not be very efficient, but it makes him so flashy and unpredictable and also extremely FUN, which is the main aspect about the card

Pace is obvoiusly more than enough, feels just like the card suggests, whereas his passing is so much better than you`d think. If it wasn´t for Coronas inconsistency in front of goal he would have gotten 5 plus assists easily. Short passing is also decent for one-twos, had no problems whatsoever with that stat

As mentioned earlier, his shot power is second to none. He was legitimately THE ONLY PLAYER I was able to score a longshot with. It was a long range curve effort, that ended up being a complete rocket anyway. Ter Stegen just stood there in a mixture of awe and shame. You have to remember though, each time you put in a shot, he fires an absoulte fucking rocket toward the goal so they may not be super precise each time. His finishing though, is so much better than suggested, obviously boosted by a Sniper, he didn`t miss a sitter and surprised me with two or three insane finishes I wouldn`t trust Messi to put away each time.

To conclude my review, I would like to compare him to supposedly similar players or alternatives:

Martial: pro - better league, con: 15 times the price, sluggish, worse weak foot, worse skill moves, worse finishing, not as strong

Guedes FUtmas: pro - similar price, better league, con - far less physical, not as skillfull, not as reactive, not nearly as present, far weaker shot

Inform Promes: pro - even faster, similar finishing, half the price con: crappy league, feels clunky at times, way weaker, inconsistent, not as skillfull

So all in all, Bolasie is the best value winger in the game by a landslide excluding gameplay-based cards like Politano who fits the meta very well but isn´t as enjoyable to use as this Bolasie in my opinion
