De Bruyne & Gullit's game of leapfrog

De Bruyne, ringleader and FUT's #1 for in-game stats

Statistically, this card has more in-game stats than any other... and yes, that includes Gullit. For any other card at this level, it'd be let down by poor weak foot/skill move combinations or work rates , but not this TOTY sensation. The fact that 98 De Bruyne is approximately half the price of 99 Ronaldo is absolutely outrageous, it is proof that you're paying for the name, not the card. Due to Shadow boosting KDB to 98 Pace and 89 Defending, I use him at Striker probably 40% of the time, meanwhile he plays at CDM in the Gullit role the other 60% of the time.

Anytime, anywhere, De Bruyne will dominate there

The #1 pro would have to be that this card could effortlessly earn a match rating of 10 in absolutely any position (e.g. One of the more ignored features of this card is its 90 Aggression, meaning a boost to its defending will result in De Bruyne snapping the ball away from defenders all over the pitch.

Potential pace and defensive buffers needed

The pace isn't necessarily an issue, but after using Shadow on this card for the most part you'll never accept 88 Pace as good enough again. Headers are unreliable but can be boosted with Sentinel, Anchor, Gladiator as well has Shadow & Backbone for less of a boost.

Kevin is pure magic

I was on EA Access and played a few drafts. I won the draft at the second attempt and packed Kevin De Bruyne. I created a really decent starter team. Depay, Eder Militao and De Bruyne was the main stars. Played him at CAM in either 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-1-2. The dribbling is so good. The ball is glued to his foot. Left as right. Amazing CAM

I use him as the middle CAM in a 4231 and he's unreal his dribbling, passing, and shooting are amazing. Makes great forward runs and his pace helps a lot cause he surprisingly gets behind the defense a lot.
