What a Player!

Not sure if Lala was going to do the buisness for me this year, like he so brilliantly did last year. But rest assured, this man is a beast. I played him in a 4-3-3(4) and really felt the upgrade from Atal to Lala. I have also been using 92 Zanetti earlier this year and Lala felt as good if not better than Zanetti.

Defensivly he is solid and can stop any winger if he gets in close. Pace is the only real problem you will face with him as he can have a difficult time catching fast wingers. I recommend you use shadow on him if thats your concern. I used him with an Anchor cehmstyle to boost defending and physical while also getting a slight pace boost. You wouldn't think it from looking at his physical stats, but this guy can body wingers.

Offensively he is a god. He can ping perfect passes to anybody from all over the pitch. He is really good at intercepting the ball and starting quick counterattacks with a through ball down the wing. I also switched him to the most right CM position in some games and he shined. The attack positioning really comes to show and the passing feels unreal when he controls the play from the middle of the field. He also wins the ball back a respectively amount of times. At CM his defensively contribution was greater than Aouars.

Compared to Zanetti's 92 rated card, this feels like a bargain.

This guy is not going to change any meta any time soon, but his card is very good and valued at a great price. He is not the easiest to link but as a french player there are plenty of icons which can help out with that. He also has the green link to both storyline Aouar and Mbappe.

Overall Lala will give you a defensively solid RB with great attacking attributes. His card can do a lot for you working both ways on the pitch. He can body pretty much any winger and outshines anyone when it comes to a counterattacking through ball. He has all the great base stats of a good RB, you only need to give him the Chemistry style which fits your style of play.

Overlapping King

TOTSSF Lala has everything you could want from a right back. He has a terrific frame to go along with excellent physicality, pace, and passing. The real stand-out aspect of this card is the overlapping ability.
