Red pick refund policy?

When la liga tots came out I really thought this card looked insane, I was very very excited when I got his red pick on thursday, buut I've been nothing bus disappointed. He has the stats to back any position in the attack or midfield up, but when you actually use him, he just feels so off. His dribbling is poor, his finishing is bad, hes very weak, he feels clunky to use for skill, and always seems to be there for the pass, which sounds like a good thing, but when he feels this bad in game, its really not. Honestly guys, avoid him if you can, hes really not that great and s going into my eder militao sbc ASAP.

Amazing CAM for 500k
