Great for his price

I got this men in my Playerpick and thought this isn't good. But he could play In my team on 7 chem and this man is INSANE. He plays in striker in a 4231 with a engine. The recipe is simple pass to Perez go to goal shoot goal. His stats are insane. 57 goals in 45 games. (30 in WL). He scores every shot is fast enough and passes and dribbles insane. For this amount of coins he is insane. If you search a cheap striker who is insane you should buy him. I replaced Ben Yedder 85 for him and liked him way more (mostly because he scores always and is faster).

Shooting: Every Chance goes in it is unreal.

Passing: His passing is great for a striker.

Dribbling: His Dribbling is good.

Weak Foot: Normally this would be a con but because of his great shooting his week foot is good and he can also score with it.

Pace: He is fast ENOUGH. He isn't very fast but not too slow. He runs ok. You can send him through but not use his pace too much in every situation.

Agility: He can turn well but sometimes when he turns the ball shoots to far from his feet so then you lose the ball but he can turn.

OH MY!

He's insane!Only 47k on ps4 and i would pay way more than that.Passing is insane, he is ice cold in 1v1s, i know he will score 90% of his shots.Get him if he fits your team and you won't regret.

Underrated

Welcome to my first review on futbin,I just packed pérez out of an ultimate pack from the 300 wins weekend league milestones. Wow.

Wow. I really don't know what to say. This card is literally insane. Especially for the price, this card is better than a lot of icons! Seriously, compare his stats to Drogba and he is the same, if not better card. I've played this card ST and CAM and he's insane.
