Truly goated

Ever since I packed CR7, i had been looking for a good Piemonte calcio midfielder. Matuidi 85 was always solid, and he had potential to be great, but the low shooting, strength and 2* weakfoot killed him. When this card came out, I knew I was going to grind the season objectives hard, and boy was it worth it. This guy is basically toty kante's son. Give him ANCHOR chemistry style and he is near perfect.

Key pro - Defending

I guess this is what you all look for in a CDM, and this guy is practically immune to sponge tackles.

Strength - Rarely pushed off the ball, and very aggressive.

Stamina - He never runs out of steam.

Pace - Very quick on and off the ball, accelerates quick and is never clunky.

Passing - His passing stats are great, that even on the 2* weakfoot he rarely misplaces short or long passes.

Dribbling - Don't ask me how those stats only give him 91 dribbling, but because of how agile he is, HE NEVER LOSES THE BALL! His dribbling is nothing like what I have ever seen on a CDM.

Key con - Shooting

I will put it simply; he can't shoot. He just can't. But this con is easily avoidable, as he is a CDM. You can also play him CB if this shooting concerns you, he is just as good as a CB.

2* weakfoot - It's really not ideal, but he's a CDM, okay!!

2* skills - I guess real hardcore skillers will be disappointed with this, BUT HE IS A FLIPPING CDM! WHO DOES SKILLS WITH THEIR CDM/CB?!

This review would be perfect if it wasn't for the 2*/2*.

This guy is really good at the level of Kante in defensive stats. On the pitch he intercepts a lot by himself and always has good positioning, with the high agility he can catch those tiny players like ben yedder, Messi, griezzmann, Eusebio or Lucas

WEAK: Not quite an Opara-esque CB

I am reviewing 95 Matuidi as a CB (anchor) to replace my Sissoko.Straight away, his lean body type cost me a goal in my first match with him, his strength feels less than 92.However, of course his agility and balance allows me to deal with the Elite players that scoop turn dragback (my sissoko can only dream of that)He feels like a BTEC Malang Sarr/ Opara.
