Player Review

Before I do the review on the card I really have to get rid of something, so please forgive me if I may loose my shit right now. From a neutral point of view it's a great thing to get these objectives: they're free highrated players and you somehow get a reason to play this game. But then theres my point of view, a Bundesliga fan and team owner. I was happy when Perisic got released since we Bundesliga team owners, as most of you might not even know, do not have too many 5*WF players. Then Diaby was released and I was like "ok, another LM, might not be the smartest choice, but hey he's a different player type and the whole showdown concept is cool, lets go!" I play Diaby up until today and - Spoiler - will continue to do so, because why, just WHY the actual f**k would I need another french LM in my Bundesliga squad if he not only is lower rated than Diaby, no he also does not even have the 3*WF, WHY EA!? There are so many players out there in the Bundesliga that would have been sick with an upgrad! What about a SummerHeat Alaba and a SummerHeat Kainz with his deadly 5*WF, there you have your dynamic duo you idiots. No no no you have to give us the THIRD left midfielder in what, 3 weeks!? I'M TIRED OF THIS!

Sorry guys but I really had to let this out, I just don't understand. They have so many options, but just don't seem to care....but to be fair with this card, lets get to the review.

I played his UCL live object when it was released and I really liked it by the time! I had been playing with wingers (yes some people actually did that) and he was super fast, had nice dribbling and his passing + shooting stats were brilliant (by the time). Fifa then went on and so did I, Coman just couldnt keep up with the game. The first thing about this version that really is positive: he's very easy to get, you don't even neccessarily have to focus on those objectives if you have Diaby for example...but still every time you score a beautiful goal with Diaby you wonder what you're doing it for...to replace with Coman?

When it comes to ingame performance he's ok. His stats )except for defense and physical) are all almost maxed out, but still he doesn't feel good enough to compete with Diaby, because no matter how good his positioning is, his 3*WF - and I hate to say that, because there are players out there that are brilliant with just 3*WF - kills him. If at least had 5*Skills or the finesse shot trait, but no, he lacks everything other than the stats. Now don't get me wrong, he is far from unusable, you actually feels nice to play since he is so small and agile, combined with the speed. But all that describes Diaby as well, so there really ain't no reason why you would pick Coman over Diaby. Some might prefer him because he is a Bayern player and thats completely fine, but still from a neutral ingame performance point of view, you could just stick with Diaby or do Ribery if you want to go all out. Since hes free just do him, at the very least you'll get yourself a 93 rated card for sbcs which give you better players.

Dear EA, we're all glad for these objectives, since they are free and keep us playing and to be honest the whole SummerHeat promo is great so far and I'm 100% serious about this. But please try to think from our perspective. Objectives and SBCs do not always have to be the "big" names, we do not always want the same players over and over again and we certainly do not need three players for the same position. But still, thank you.
