I was looking for a brazilian CB, as I got untreadable Toty nominee Ederson. I was using Militao for a while and he made a lot of mistakes, but I couldn´t afford RTTF Militao. That's why, when I saw this Diego Carlos SBC, I inmediately did it. The best Chemstyler for him is Shadow.

Pace (10/10)

For a defender, he has an excellent pace, if you use him with shadow he always catches up the striker, even those pacy players who uses fast strikers with hawk or hunter, so they won't be a problem. I recommend usen him in a 2 cb formation and using a defender like Juan Jesus or Scream Pique with him. I recommend, however, not making him run too much and use him only for ocations when the other cb can't reach the opponent.

Shooting (1/10)

He is a defender, he doesn't need shooting.

Passing (6/10)

Passing is something important on a cb if you have a rival with a high pressure tactic or you use a wide formation. Diego Carlos lacks of vision (58) but still has a great short passing, so you might not do a long ball with him but you will definetely feel more secure with him than with other similar cb's (Manolas, Militao).

Dribbling (8/10)

An 8 of 10 will sound ridiculous, as he has 75 dribbling, but we are talking about a defender. I like to use defenders with good dribbling and Diego Carlos is one of them. Cb's depend a lot of agility if they are facing a skiller or a player with high dribbling stats. In 1 on 1 ocations, Diego Carlos always won, as he has an excellent pace and agility. Using guardian on him might be an option if you use a 3 cb's formation and you have a faster defender.

Defending (9/10)

Here is the main reason why I made Diego Carlos, he isn't the best defending, but definetely has pretty good stats that are maximized by his pace. He only lacks of Interceptions, but this might not be a problem if you use shadow on him, as it goes from a 79 to an 89.

Physicality (9/10)

90 strength is something great for a defender, but he lacks of Stamina. This will be a problem if you like to use a high pressure tactic, as he won't last more than 70 minutes. But if you use a non-pressure tactic, this card is amazing and will last till the end of the match.

To sum up, this card is excellent for the price and is a RTTF card, so it will upgrade. The only cons are the Stamina, the vision and that this card is untreadable.

Deigo Carlos, a RTTF item. Yes, this is a RTTF so he will upgrade if Sevilla get through stages of the Europa League, glad we got that out the way with! I played this guy on 8 chem to try him out next to Lenglet in a 4 at the back formation. Honestly, this guy surprised me! He feels strong, he marks your opponent’s strikers closely and due to that, 9 times out of 10 he wins the ball. You could compare him to Varane and he sure does feel like it. What I liked most about this guy is that he always seems to be in the right place at the right time, on his toes ready to make that interception when he is closely marking your opponent. Yes, he does have 79 interceptions but with his Defensive awareness and Standing Tackle being 85 and boosted with an anchor, the stats are impressive and acceptable compared to the current CB’s we have now. The value of the card, you can decide whether its good/bad value for money depending on how much you want to spend and what cards in your club you want to sacrifice to get this man. To sum up my opinion on this card down to his performances in game, I like him a lot, amazing and a trust worthy dependant CB to have. 

Central muy completo con buena altura y velocidad, con su primer media es muy bueno y dependiendo hasta donde llegue puede convertirse en una bestia..

Me gusta mas que marquinhos es mas fuerte y se nota mucho la diferencia de velocidad con tiago silva (potm)
