A great option

Shaqiri is an amazing player. Don't let the finishing fool you his left foot is amazing his shots are very powerful and fly to the top corners if he gets a chance. His dribbling is also excellent and the 5 star skills are very helpful. He is also strong and can shield the ball easily. The only problem I found in him was his stamina as a cam needs good stamina. His stamina is decent, but could be much better.

If you need a consistent CAM or RW he is your man. You could get him for very cheap as I did the sbc for 14k and did not pack anything that amazing. If you can do him for less than 100k you should go for him.
