I got Mendy in the party bag SBC and put him straight in my team. I can confirm he is a beast played him with a backbone on and is basically a stronger, faster, taller Kante. Would definitely recommend as a CDM. Especially good alongside 90 flashback vidal. Shooting is the only downside however as the primary CDM who stays back while attacking this isnt a huge issue.

I unpacked it from the player 80+ and then tested it immediately.

I played this beast 30 matches in the motto 3 and 20 matches in fut champion

Is fast, nimble, gives very good and his physical condition is at the highest level

In my opinion when you have 650 k free and you need a good cdm or cm just buy it!

Boy what a beast in CDM.

i use him In a 4 2 3 1 formation next to flashback Vidal, I give him get forward instruction despite the medium attacking work rate and let me tell you with the deadeye chem style he can really finish nicely and on top of that the 5 star weak foot makes him unpredictable in the box.

defensively he is a beast with 92 pace and 95 stamina he could cover all the pitch for you the wing the center where ever he is needed you’ll find him, and his base defending stats in game is really great, and his strength in game is fantastic.

He is really smooth with or without the ball.

If you think of CDM that backs you up offensively he is your guy just slap a deadeye chem style and he will be a beast.

So, i tried this guy cause i wanted to play my Ramos Player Moments as a CB. I linked Mendy with Kante Shapeshifter and Ramos Moments. I think llike everyone used his normal or Futmas Card earlier but now there are probably some better options than his normal card. This guy doesnt need to hide next to fullbacks like Semedo Headliner, Trent TOTY or Walker Headliner and any other fullbacks you´re playin against. So I´m gonne go through all the categories. I´m a Gold 1 Player so i think i know what I´m talking about.

Pace:

With 92 Pace this guy might not be the very fastest of all End-Game RB´s but with the right chemistry style ( i recommend anchor ) he doesen´t has to be afraid of Sane Player Moments, Neymar POTM, and all those End-Game wingers. If you´re playin against low Budget Teams this guy probably has no problems.

Shooting:

I mean, he´s playin RB in my Squad so his shooting isn´t really important to me. His 5* WF is nice to have,especially for passing but he like never scored a goal in my team and he has like 100 games. His 92 positioning is pretty useless to be fair.

Passing:

With 80 passing he has like solid passing stats for a RB but this stat is more likely comin from his 38 freekick accuracy. His long passes are save, if you´re wanting to do a sideswitch. His crosses are okay but my fullbacks are very defensiv so it honestly doesent matter to me. Short Passing is absolutely solid.

Dribbling:

His Dribbling is pretty good. He may not be the agilest player, like semedo, but i can´t complain at all. Due to his composure he doesnt get afraid from pressing opposite teams.

Defending:

His Defending stats are also very good, in my opinion better defending than Semedo, Walker or all other fullbacks. His Heading isn´t the best to be honest so sometimes he has problems after crosses if playing again Ronaldo for example.

Physics:

His Physics are absolutely INSANE, in my opinion the key stats of this card. His Jumping is solid but not the best but with 180cm he´s mostly bigger than attacking wingers. His stamina (95) is incredible he has no problem playin 120 minutes , even against Kents or Jamess. His Strength is very good, he checks away neymars kents and others.

In my opinion he is the best fullback that i´ve played.

So i wanted an attacking cm to either use as lcm in a 442 or as left cdm in a 4231 and boy what a beast he is

i sold my messi to get him which sounds ridiculous in terms of price but hes worth every penny.

hes literally one chem style away for what you want to use him as but i would say preferrably an attacking cm suits him perfectly

you can say he as good as kante in defending but way better in all other departments and ofcourse 5* wf and 4*sm

he also fits the meta perfectly
