Simone Verdi Player Review, Underrated

So I've started a Bayer Leverkusen/Germany RTG and the only rule I've given in terms of super subs is that I can use any player lower than 84 rated and they have to come on in the 60th minute, minimum. So after playing Weekend League and seeing this utter sh*thole of a Team of The WEAK, I had really, REALLY low expectations for reds. However, after going and picking up this guy and Dennis in reds, it wasn't that bad as they are both lower than 84... (I admit though, I did want that 76 rated German coz he would fit in the team, didn't get him.)

So Simone Verdi. I'm telling you, this guy is absolute magic. Better than Dennis IMO, and I sub Verdi on at striker. His pace and dribbling are absolutely unbelievable, he simply does not lose the ball (legit Neymar level close control and pace.) This is only my second FUTBIN review, so I'll do it in the same format as my Litmanen review.

PACE (11/10)- This guy is absolutely rapid. Easily fastest player I've used this year, but that may be because I haven't used that many pacey players (fastest players I've used are POTM Gnabry and Osimhen, and IF Neymar in the draft.) You know that Rio Ferdinand thing where he says he's walking past people? That's what man does. No skills needed

SHOOTING (6/10)- Nothing amazing, I admit. It's not why you buy the card. However, applying a deadeye does make it go up to about a 7.5/10, and with the 5* weak foot he does decently when he shoots. Has missed some clear-cut chances, but King Kai is there to clean up. Missed a sitter 4 yards out but that might just be showing how OP Ter Stegen is (still can't get over that save)

PASSING (7.5/10)- I admit, haven't tried out his passing too much but does some alright. Deadeye obviously makes it really REALLY good.

DRIBBLING (9.5/10)- Has the sticky. I haven't used many players with the sticky before, but this card does not lose the ball unless you come up against top tier icons or defenders like TOTY VVD, Prime Moments Petit.

DEFENDING (N/A)- Can win the ball back though

PHYSICAL (5/10)- Very weak and stamina is an issue (hence why he is a super sub.) Won't shrug off players, but will win the ball back because of the sticky.

Overall, he is insane for his price. His movement, pace and dribbling are top tier, and his weak foot is such a good addition to the card. The only real downside to this card that makes him a little lesser than the likes of Neymar is the finishing, but the shot power compensates for that, but not entirely. Great supersub if you need one.

FINAL VERDICT- Absolute steal, does everything and ticks all the boxes for a great sub. Needs the deadeye chem style. Better than IF Dennis and I will go as far as to say better than Orsic (he's a fraud for me.)
