91 - TOTS
So, I just realized there isn't any Hakimi review here so here we are, I hope I can be helpful.
In the past few weeks I tried a lot of players from TOTS looking for the best team to suits my game style. My favourite formation is the 41212 (2), with a budget of 3/3.5 million coins, and with that formation I want fullbacks with lot of stamina, a good pace and good attacking abilities(like crossing, positioning and dribbling) to give options wide on both wings for the entire match. I used to play with this formation at the beginning of the week:
Neuer (88)
Lainer (88) Upamecano Mukiele Davies
Goretzka (91) Witsel (93) Kimmich
Muller
Havertz Lewandowski (96) (the other players are all the TOTS version)
And with that team I felt the only weak spot was the right back, because Lainer felt always a little bit weak on the attack and for the pace (I didn't want to use a shadow on him...). So I bought Hakimi, with Sentinel, for 179k.
What can I say, the major concern I had was the Low/High, but I guarantee you that you won't notice that (I play with balance attacking, aggressive interception and overlap for the instruction), he will join the attack very often (and in great way, with that crossing, that dribbling, that pace and that positioning) and in a blink of an eye he will be back to defend.
In the defence, you can feel the pace and also the physical stats of that card (with sentinel he can bully all of the opponents wings), good defending (not great, the only 10/10 I would give in this FIFA on defending is Ramos TOTS, he's from another planet; but he surely does the job), he's also good at passing (not anything like Kroos, but he does the job).
So, if you are looking for an affordable fullback for your Bundes team, go for him, you won't regret the decision.
PACE PACE PACE
Great stamina
Amazing strenght for a fullback (but with Sentinel, idk if that's the case also with another chemistry style)
Not so expensive (but I guess that depends on the level you are playing)
Good attacking abilities
The links aren't the best, I don't recomend Hummels TOTS (unless you're a Dortmund fan, but he's too slow for this FIFA), in hybrid the only way is Sancho (but that's not cheap), otherwise you need a full Bundes team.
Maybe with 4 SM he would have been amazing on the attack (like Davies), but that depends on your gamestyle and on how you use your fullbacks.
He's not a gamechanger (but what fullback is really a gamechanger?), so don't spend 170k on him if your entire budget is like 500k.
Whats up guys!
This is my first review on Futbin ever so I'm a little excited but nervous to give you guys the full run down on this legend. I got this guy in my reds, (Gold 1 finish typically) and I decided to throw him right into my team. I play a 3-1-4-2 and he's my rm because I just feel his stats are wasted at full back so I gave him sniper just to improve the shooting and dribbling. Lets get into it lads....
Pace: 10/10 nobody and their mama is catching this guy.He is legit the quickest player ever and for all you pace demons out there, no need to worry. This guy is your man! He will catch the adamas and the kents and the James', all weekend league super subs can go do you know what.
Shooting: 7/10 He had one good chance and buried it but all in all, he really doesn't get into positions to score. Again, this may be my play style and my instructions causing him to not get into scoring positions but if you're worried about his end product, he's reliable I would say. (with right chem style ofc)
Dribbling: 10/10 This was very very surprising. Typically, with these sorts of players (fast and nimble) they tend to get the ball stuck under their feet and especially in bad game play, pacey guys like Hakimi can take a beating. Not too worry, DDA RNG none of that affects this guys dribbling ability as even in full sprint his dribbling is reliable and I would trust in almost any situation.
Passing: 9/10 Due to my very aggressive play style, Hakimi is involved with the buildup and attacking play during most parts of the game. Yet, Idk what is about him but in sticky situations, he always finds a pass out of it. Whether that includes lofted, through, driven through, any one of our wonderful games passing variants, he kills it. In regards to "crossing" (even tho crossing sucks this game) he can deliver that killer ball to your forwards. Double tapping x (if you're on Xbox I think thats "a"?) for lofted pass is his bread and butter on the byline.
Defending: 8/10 Now, this is where it gets slightly interesting, for better or worse.I will admit, he isn't the greatest tracking back and partaking in his defensive duties but he does the job. Remember, my play style doesn't require my full backs in defense necessarily and I feel with the right chem style, along with reasonable tactics (Im a bit crazy) I think he can put in a shift at full back.
Physical: 9/10 If you watch this guy in real life, he's so quick that his "physical" presence is seriously irrelevant. You know that annoying animation where your toty Ronaldo might be away but the pace of a quick defender just runs in front of him, dispossess him by running across their main and you're left like "WTF just happened?" Hakimi embodies this. He is legit so fast that his "84" strength really feels like 94 because of his speed.
-He tends to be out of position for his defensive duties but his sheer pace and speed will solve this
-H/L work rates may not be ideal for some but proper instructions and chem style will do the trick
Seriously guys, seeing as this dude is out of packs tomorrow please pick this guy up, you won't regret it!.
THis card was bang on average for a right back i would not recommend him though despite his amazing stats
i had used
Pace: solid no complaints here he feels like a 99 pace player and you can clearly see it
Shooting: Not too sure about this as I never really used him in such scenarios
Passing: Spot on with short passes and long passes no complaints here
Crossing: Excellent as long as it is on his strong foot
Dribbling: Alright would be better with 4* skills. Can be knocked off the ball quite easily and this happens very often
Defending: His pace makes up for his rubbish positioning in game and far too often is he caught out of position. His low work rate makes it so that he is slow at getting back into position which is one of the main reason if not the main reason I decided to sell this card.ad used
