Acerbi. A hidden gem

Hi, this is my first ever Futbin review. I packed Acerbi in a Gold upgrade pack on Friday morning just before Ligue 1 TOTS. I put him in my squad, linking to Donnarumma, Ogbonna (flashback), Moments Alex Sandro and PM Gattuso. He is surprisingly quick, despite what the stats say, but only over a short distance, he will not win a foot race over a long distance. This could change if you give him a Shadow. His dribbling isn’t good, but his jockeying is superb. He is very agile while jockeying. I’d recommend pairing him up with a faster CB. Just like I did with Ogbonna being his CB partner. His defending is the best I have used this year, I have used Ogbonna, TOTS Hummels and Laporte Moments, these are the standout CBs that I have used. I preferred his defending over Hummels’ because of the animations he chose to use. If your opponent’s striker has his back to goal Acerbi will win the ball 9 times out of 10. He is very strong and has fantastic stamina. He also has good passing for the CB position. I’d say he would be worth it if he was 120k. So 50k is a steal. If he fits your squad I’d highly recommend, if not don’t change your squad completely to accommodate him. I’m a Gold 3/ Silver 1 player but I was playing in the hardest matchmaking and worst gameplay of my life. My defence saved me.
