Key pro: Finishing

When you get Leao you’re getting the best and most reliable finisher in the game, excluding icons. He bangs in goals that I certainly don’t deserve to score. Driven shots, power shots, finesse shots like I haven’t seen since Fifa 17. People saying headers are impossible to score this year and that 1v1s are inconsistent- Leao disagrees. He knows exactly where to be and if you find him with a pass he is more likely to score than not.

Key con: Balance

No review is reliable without at least one negative. Looking at his in game stats, the 73 balance is the one to pop out as a potential negative. Engine will boost his balance quite nicely and I haven’t found it to be a problem myself, but if there is one aspect that could be improved, it’s his balance.

Conclusion:

I don’t want to make a statement saying that he is absolutely worth it. It depends, if you’re a guy with lots of fodder or spare coins, and is looking for a fun card to use, you’re likely to get the best result from doing Leao.
